They just lost our business. My husband and I have been repeat customers for various expensive things we needed to get done.
Last visit we ended up getting charged 90 on top of an oil change because of diagnostics (check engine light came on). Money is tight and didn't want to pay over 900 for an 02 sensor and serpentine belt.
Lack of transparency on pricing is what lost our continued business.
Update:
My husband went to put in a new serpentine belt since Ryan said ours was cracked... It wasn't. It was fine. Really sad about their dishonesty.

I stopped by to check on a wheel alignment for my Ford Expedition and got scheduled for an appointment the very next day. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and helpful. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and accommodating. I was able to bring my laptop and work remotely with no annoying music blaring or people talking loudly, etc. The alignment work was completed quickly and a detailed printout was provided to indicate what work was performed. I was very happy with the service and the price. We will definitely bring our cars to Concord Auto Service Center for our future repairs and service!
