Wonderful place to stay. The staff, Luz and Carneshia in the leasing office and the maintenance staff were excellent. Always helpful and friendly and willing to help. Thank you all for your professionalism and helping us make the cloisters our home for 5 years!! Highly recommended to consider as a place to reside. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had the very best experience from the first day that I walked into the leasing office at this community. Carnisha, the assistant manager is absolutely awesome! She was always professional patient and kind no matter how many questions I asked. After I moved in any requests that I made were taken care of immediately! My apartment was very clean, fresh and move in ready.

New resident here but I already love this place!The management team are super friendly and always ready to help. If anything needs fixing, the maintenance folks are on it right away. The apartments are clean, big, and really cozy. Plus, it's so quiet around here, which is awesome. I think I'm gonna stick around for a long time! Big thanks to everyone for making this place feel like home!

I'm a bit late posting this, but I had the most amazing experience working with the professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff at Cloisters of Concord. I was recommended to this community by friends who love the neighborhood, and I'm so happy that I listened to their advice.I'd specifically appreciated working with Carnisha; she is authentically kind, incredibly organized, and is simply a joy to work with. She knew the answer to any question I had, and knows the neighborhood well, which shows that she cares about the community. Her guidance and assistance helped set me at ease about moving to the neighborhood, and I'm very grateful.Since moving, I can say that the is peaceful, safe, and in a prime location (It's close to everything! Publix, Target, QT, there's even an Ollie's just a minute away!) without being in the hustle and bustle of Charlotte. If you're looking for a peaceful place outside the city with a small town feel and renovated apartments at very respectable prices, I absolutely recommend checking out the Cloisters!

I’ve been living at the Cloisters of Concord for 8 years. Luz and the office staff have been phenomenal with my home needs and concerns. Maintenance is awesome with upkeep. The recent renovations give a more modern feel when you step inside. I’m happy to call the Cloisters of Concord my home sweet home!

Been here for two years! Love the crew here! The apartments have been recently renovated and it's absolutely beautiful! They do events for the whole neighborhood like cookouts and surprise drive by breakfasts.-Krystal B.

Had a good experience not to stressful ! Kiarra really tried hard to help me out and Did ! Relocated here ! Love my new renovated apartment! Been here a month soo peaceful quiet grounds kept groomed like I like ! Two sheriffs live in the complex just in love really with my new home

The leasing office ladies are the best, especially Kiara. We moved in almost a month, and she helped us through every step. They have helped fixed any issues that may have occurred.

We have lived here for a few months and have had no issues so far!! the staff is super friendly and helpful with any issues, we have only had to call maintenance twice and they showed up to fix it the same day!

I've lived here for about 5 years or so. I've lived in the 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom. I like it. And it's quiet here which I like.
