I opened accaount at another branch earlier in the week no problem which went well came in to concord branch first thing in the morning to add my wife was meet and told they had no time today to help me add my wife what a waste of time and rude service I almost closed the account this branch is abosolute worst bank I ever been in my whole life we left this branch went to another and had no problems

I had an approintment with Alen Henry Jr. He was great in helping me. I sat up checking and savings and he did all the work. I just had to call my utilities companies to change my payment method. Great guy with awesome personality! Very nice and personable! I enjoyed working with him. Very talented in his role at Chase. Thanks Alen! A-plus in service!

True to the Chase brand, this new location is horrible. Management is incompetent thus the customer service agents are morons. I wonder how they are capable of turning the lights on themselves. The workers may have brought collared shirts and lost the hair nets but still have the Popeyes Chicken mentality

I came in this bank today to open up a new account, CD, checking and savings and to transfer $50.000.00 from my credit union. Walked in and sat 25 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Not only did 4 bankers walk past me several times the Manager Mr. Darren Law dismissed my verbal dissatisfaction. He did acknowledge me when he came out of his office, but it was too late then. The tone and the way they operate was all I needed.Oh! The gentleman with the very long beard that displayed excellent customer service skills was very professional and should be the manager. Walk thru the main door turn right last office on the right. Great job sir!Horrible staff and I am very happy they showed me the way they treat African American people. Mr. Law should be fired. Very unprofessional, rude, cocky and arrogant. I took my $50.000.00 bank check I had in my possession and walked right back out with pride! I see why there reviews are 3.7. The only thing good about this branch are the lollipops!

This branch tries to exploit poor English skills of some immigrants to manipulate them into signing credit cards and car loans. Very unethical.

Chase is horrible, money grubbing with no concern for you! I opened an account at this Bank online because it offered $200 for direct deposits. I didn't know, first that I would have to stay with this bank for 6 months or they would take back the $200. Then I found out they don't give checks and to top that off they're nearest ATM was 50 miles away and they're nearest bank is a hundred miles away yet they still charge $3 for using another banks ATM plus the other banks ATM charge. I opened this account in June and didn't get my PIN until the end of July. I couldn't get to my money and therefore I was late with my rent and was charged an extra $10.I just found out the CEO makes over $30 million a year but still feels the need to charge me for not driving 50 miles to his ATM. JP Morgan Chase is a horrible bank that has to trick poor people like me to get even richer.I found that I can transfer most of my money to a closer bank to have access to my money and out of their greedy hands. I will leave, as soon as I am able and not look back!

Would leave a detailed review but after reading other reviews and seeing chase bank not even taking the time to respond to those speaks volume. Stay away from chase bank their employees and manager at this branch needs to be re-educated. Branch say contact back office who told us yes we could get it but branch won’t allow us access it.

The day i came in to open an account i was over looked i dnt feel like this location is African American friendly, i felt as though because im black nobody in the branch wanted to help me even though i had an appt. Then when i was finally seen i requested to open an acct in my daughters name i had to provide documentation and i was then told the account would be reviewed in 3 days but i had to keep calling and getting the run around until i requested to speak to a supervisor who then had to solve my issues. This bank dose not make you feel like a valueable customer and needs to reevaluated their employees to be more organized and respond back to customers in professional timely manner.

So glad to finally have a branch near me. Have both personal and business accounts with Chase and being able to go in and speak with the bankers here whenever something comes up is such a help to me. Can't say enough about how helpful everyone I have met with there have been.
