The people at this location are AMAZING! My employer gave us a paper check last minute and I needed so badly to cash my check before they closed at 1pm.. this bank is about 40 mins away from me. I called at 12:28 and Bryce was so calm and assuring. I just knew that Christmas was going to be sucky this year but he let me know they would wait for me to get there and cash my check! Even after I arrived he was still waiting at the door for me to get there and came to make sure I was the person that called! Love this bank! I don’t have an account here but I am going to get one thank to Bryce and the nice lady that cashed my check! Merry Christmas 🎄

If you are thinking about opening an account with this bank, DON'T. This bank treats you like you are lucky you get to bank with them. I know customer service is a thing of the past, but these people take that to the next level.
We chose to take our banking needs to Chase, thinking the customer service might be better than our bank. That we have been with 30+ years. We could still walk in, and someone would see us. It might take a few minutes. I was tired of every time I called. I got the automated system. At this Chase, you can't just walk in and talk to someone. You have to make an appointment. I'm not a big fan of that, but we had already started the process of changing. I went online and made a phone appointment with Bryce Sturgill for 3:00 the next day. I postponed an appointment I had with someone who was buying my property. The next day, I received no correspondence whatsoever from this bank. The following day, I went into the bank. I was met in the lobby by Bryce. I told him I had a phone appointment with him the day before, and he was a no-show. I had made the appointment to discuss putting the funds from the sale of the property into an investment account with Chase. When he asked me what I needed, without acknowledgment that he had stood me up on my appointment. I told him I had a dispute on a charge. He said he would get someone to help me as he had a 9:00 appointment. It was 9:10 at that time.
The only reason I didn't close my account that day is because I had already given the wire transfer information to the buyers attorney.
The very next day I went online and told someone affiliated with Chase about my experience. I was told that my correspondence would be forwarded to the bank manager. That was at least three weeks ago. I have heard nothing but crickets.
I am in the process of closing my account.

Love love love this bank!!! Every time I go in or need help I’m always greeted and everyone is so friendly! Bryce Sturgill is the Assistant VP that helps my family with all their banking needs! He does an amazing job every time. Sometimes we go in and get other workers too and they are without a doubt great to us always. I had a previous bank I was using and ever since I switched here, I cannot be more thankful we found them! So grateful 😊

I came last friday to open a new account. Alen was kind, informative and hilarious guiding me through the process. I highly recommend. I give 5 out of 5 stars.

This location should be close. ATM drive through never is working on the weekends. And the door to get into the cash machine is locked. What’s the purpose to keep a place / or a branch if it is not able to serve the clients when the bank is closed.

Don’t bother referring a friend for the credit, it’s a scam. A friend of mine referred me to Chase using his referral link, and I got a letter in the mail saying the application was fraud and I had to apply in person. But when I did, they didn’t give him the referral credit. I did the same thing with my husband trying to get the credit for myself when he opened an account, then he got the same letter, had to apply in person and I didn’t get the bonus. We’ve asked so many people and sent emails about this and no one will respond or give us an answer. It’s just a ploy to get people signed up with no real reward.

The worst bank I have ever banked with stay giving you the wrong information and you call them about and they give attitudes cause they are the ones giving the wrong information!!!! Definitely soundly continue being with chase

Do you have an appointment???First question from the greeter…Before trying to clarify my situation.Simple transaction set up online, to become Signer on my daughters new business account.He immediately said they're all booked up.Where are the problem solvers? Who display that “I am Here to serve ☺️”! COME ON CHASE!!!

Chase is horrible, money grubbing with no concern for you! I opened an account at this Bank online because it offered $200 for direct deposits. I didn't know, first that I would have to stay with this bank for 6 months or they would take back the $200. Then I found out they don't give checks and to top that off they're nearest ATM was 50 miles away and they're nearest bank is a hundred miles away yet they still charge $3 for using another banks ATM plus the other banks ATM charge. I opened this account in June and didn't get my PIN until the end of July. I couldn't get to my money and therefore I was late with my rent and was charged an extra $10.
I just found out the CEO makes over $30 million a year but still feels the need to charge me for not driving 50 miles to his ATM. JP Morgan Chase is a horrible bank that has to trick poor people like me to get even richer.
I found that I can transfer most of my money to a closer bank to have access to my money and out of their greedy hands. I will leave, as soon as I am able and not look back!

I opened accaount at another branch earlier in the week no problem which went well came in to concord branch first thing in the morning to add my wife was meet and told they had no time today to help me add my wife what a waste of time and rude service I almost closed the account this branch is abosolute worst bank I ever been in my whole life we left this branch went to another and had no problems

I had an approintment with Alen Henry Jr. He was great in helping me. I sat up checking and savings and he did all the work. I just had to call my utilities companies to change my payment method. Great guy with awesome personality! Very nice and personable! I enjoyed working with him. Very talented in his role at Chase. Thanks Alen! A-plus in service!
