Well stocked, great prices and the staff was very helpful and professional. Carolina Place Mall, is one of the best malls around, in my opinion. Never crowded, very clean, the staff there are so professional and helpful, just an all around great place to shop!

I went into Champs in Concord Mall and found a pair of shoes that I like. They didn't have it in my size. Only size 8. But the sales guy said that I could order it, pay for it now, and it would be delivered (they charged me $3 for delivery.) So I agreed to do it. I got the delivery yesterday. They sent me a size 8. I am a size 12 which is the size that I ordered. I think the sales guy, who got pissed with me because I didn't think I should have to pay $3 for delivery...compan

Champs Sports at Concord Mills (NC) has no concept of basic retail and customer service. I was 1 of 2 people in the store for about 10 minutes without a single person make eye contact, say hello, or acknowledge me or my son as a human being. Instead 5 employees walked past me to assist no less than 5 customers that came in the store after staring and holding a shoe in my hands. yesterday I went into the store and bought school.shoes for my sons. lebrons that was listed at $79.99 and some Jordan's for $110.99, well the clerk didnt know how to enter my military I'd, and made the Lebrons $110.00, when they was clearly.marked down. you can't you a birthday coupon in conjunction with any other coupons, which is nonsense. it's just sad that the worker marked the shoes up and didnt give me the correct discount for being a retired veteran. I tell all consumers going to this champ to pay attention to your receipt.
