This is becoming my favorite HT, I like that as you shop you can get your coffee from the local in store Starbucks as you shop. If your wife is mad at you, there is a florist there as well

This is my local HT and the one I frequent the most! I purchase my weekly groceries here and have no complaints. We utilize the Online Ordering service. The associates in this department are so wonderful, especially when it comes to choosing replacements for out of stock items. I have never had a poor experience here!

Just moved in the area and have been to many locations to my delight, however this is one of the worst customer service locations. Jordan is always the first to NOT greet customers. So busy gossiping with the Starbucks girls who are also rude and inattentive. Terrible, inhospitable and grouchy service. I do not feel comfortable coming to this location to shop.

I bought a Grub Hub gift card for a friend as a gift since she broke her legs and can not bear weight to be helpful for meals. The PIN number was scratched out so it could not be used. It was several hundred dollars. Grub hub customer service recommended to contact the retailer directly for replacement (Harris Teeter). Thankfully, I had kept the original receipt. I had a photo copy of the activation code and card. After speaking with several employees the GM came over. Jason Williams, the HT General Manager, gave the WORST customer service experience and was not helpful in getting a replacement. He came across rude and said he needed the actual card in person that was already gifted, even though the email from Grubhub said they needed a copy. It's been extremely embarrassing to gift a gift card to someone that they can not use and a waste of time to get the run around for replacement. It's a lot of money floating in the air to not have access to. Don't buy a gift card from this location or expect help from management. I primarily do most of my grocery shopping from Harris Teeter and spend a lot of money there. Because of this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I shop at Harris Teeter quite often because of their fresh food and produce, and the extra care their staff put into their work. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy and leave with a smile. I needed a wafer photo copy for my cake and I was told that they couldn't do it for me on that day so they told me to come back in the morning. When I arrived at the deli section the next day I was told that the person that usually does it is not there and to come back tomorrow. A little frustrated, I spoke to the manager Jon who immediately went on a hunt to get someone who would be able to complete the task. So June was our go to person, she asked me to come with her and she that she was going to get it done. She worked on the project for about 10 minutes and came back with a beautiful edible copy of a photo to save the first birthday of a very special little boy!

False advertising on the 8/28 e-Vic weekly specials. There is no 24 pack available at HT nor will the store honor 2 - 12 packs per the weekly e-Vic email.

I like Harris Teeter but they just seem to all have the common problem of nasty restrooms. This one is no exception. Maybe they need better ventilation or they are just poorly designed but I think it just comes down to poor cleaning. This one smelled like an army latrine in the middle of the desert. Come one H.T., you can do better.

Teet is my go to if I cannot find what I'm looking for in Publix I go here but more than likely I always do my grocery shopping here weekly !!

Love this grocery store! They have a little bit of everything. They have added a fresh sushi area, a huge salad bar, rotisserie chicken, sub sandwiches, hot pizza, and fresh bread. The deli carries Boars Head meats. They carry "fresh" fish and great cuts of meat at the meat department. You can always get chicken breast for $1.99/ib. The store is always clean and organized. They have a nice wine and beer selection as well. While Harris Teeter can be a bit pricier than their competitor, when they have a sale it's worth the trip....every time. Oh,did I mention they also have a Starbucks inside the store?

This location is very close to my home & convenient for shopping; however, I am constantly finding expired food on the shelves - expired by months & weeks - not yesterday! Also, a few of the deli workers are not friendly at all. Location may be convenient but now I drive right by it & don't even stop & I shop at another competing chain.

I generally like this supermarket chain, and this location is no exception. They have great produce, beautiful flowers a bakery/deli and wine galore! They have an outstanding selection of specialty items, for folks with special dietary needs. I appreciate that. The stores are usually spotless, and the lines move quickly. Finding parking really should not be like a challenge in the Hunger Games, and you know what... Here it is not; parking is a breeze -- in an out. They have a full customer service staff. Western Union, USPS Stamps, and cash back. I also appreciate the terrific associates! They are friendly, well groomed, energetic and always happy to help any customer. Yes, the whispers are true. Harris Teeter cost more than other supermarkets, but the quality of goods and service is evident.

This is my harris teeter and it's a good one very clean helpfull staff great selection they have a great seafood dept great fresh food they have a great wine and beer selection my only complaint are the prices its good if its on sale or if its the store brand.i normally go to food lion or Wal-Mart for normal food shopping
