Messed up the Crease in my suit jacket. The owner was very nice AT FIRST to get my business. He advertised same day service which is not true. After a few times I brought a (1) suit for next day or 2 day service it was always I couldn’t do it numerous of times I politely said ok thanks that’s ok and he kept pushing saying I can have it done in a few days. At this time I said no thanks I will have to take my business else where. It’s my right as a person to go where I want if they can’t please the customer. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A BUSINESS. He became very RUDE! Don’t let the smile fool you. The place is not modern and it is a dirty establishment. If you don’t believe me check it out for yourself and you decide!!!!!!!! BEWARE….

Incredibly fast and affordable service, I had to rush order a suit for an event that came up in 5 hours, and they were able to get it done without any additional cost. Will be making them my go to dry cleaners ?

My friend dropped off a couple suits 4-5 weeks ago. He called to see if they were ready and couldn't get anyone. After trying several times, he stopped by before heading out of town for an indefinite period of time to see a sign saying they were closed for 14 days due to COVID. After having to leave town, he finally got a man on the phone and asked him if he could ship his suits to him with my friend, the customer, paying for the shipping. The Caldwell Cleaner guy hung up on him. I went and picked the suits up and let him know I was going to have to ship the suits and asked for a discount. He said "No." After letting him know I would be reviewing his business, he proceed get very loud and berated me telling me what a horrible person I was. So, I paid full price for the suits, $33 or so to ship the suits and my friend was out of his suits for 4-5 weeks. That's my experience. No animosity toward the Indian man. I will gladly take a discount for my troubles and delete this review.

I dropped off my two suits to be cleaned a couple weeks ago, and when I went to pick them up they had a sign in the door saying they were quarantined. I get that ...no problem...even though they should have some way set up to service their customers but I can understand a small business to a degree...I’ll let this inconvenience and lack of effort slide...The bad part is I do not live there. And I had to leave town before they reopened. So I just took it for granted that they would at least attempt to do the right thing and help out AT LEAST A LITTLE. However, when I called the guy said they were sick and I’lol just have to come get it when I’m back in town. When I told him I will not be back there again he simply hung up on me! I would not leave a bad review if he at least attempted to mail my suits to me even if he charged me for it (which he shouldn’t), it this rude person was very short with me and then just hung up with nothing resolved!! They might’ve done an awesome job on cleaning it but how do I know...I DON’T HAVE MY SUITS!!! Customer service is horrible here!

I had my daughters flower girl dress dry cleaned and it turned out beautifully. Soo clean! I didnt even know it was that white before. Owner was very professional and nice!

Very bad customer service! The manager/ owner raised his voice at me and proceeded to walk out of the store after I showed him the spots on my daughter’s prom dress that have not been cleaned. I could literally scrape the dirt from the bottom of the dress off with my fingernail. It has not been cleaned properly and I tried to calmly explain it to him, but he lost his temper and he stormed out of the store!! I have never been treated with such disrespect!!!

AWEFUL customer service! The owner was very rude to me after I pointed out the places where my daughter's prom dress has not been cleaned properly. He raised his voice at us to the point that I felt threatened and proceeded walking out of the store, leaving my daughter and me in shock. I have never been treated with such disrespect! Very rude! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
