Above and beyond service. Maggie, Bea, Tristin and the rest of team were so helpful through what can be an overwhelming process. From planning arrangements to the day of the event, the staff here took wonderful care of us and went out of their way to accommodate and ensure the service ran smoothly.

I lost my dad unexpectedly a little over a month ago and can say it was and still has been the hardest thing to deal with, especially at a young age. But somehow, Bea made it easier on both my mom and myself. She is one of the kindest and most thoughtful and personable people I have ever met. She really went out of her way to help us with everything and I cannot thank her enough. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with her and to have had her help with everything from the actual cremation, the paperwork, and just advice in general. I’m not sure many people can say they have happy trips to the funeral home, but my mom and I sure did look forward to chatting with her every time. It almost felt like we were going to visit a friend. Bea is such an asset to this place and is truly a ray of sunshine!

I attended a service at Cabarrus funeral home and crematorium last week, and wanted to report how nice it was. Cabarrus Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery | Concord, NCThe venue was lovely, and relaxed. The funeral home was about 40 minutes from my house, so not much or any further than many of the Charlotte ones, and parking was easy. The woods there were very pretty too. They handled everything you would hope a funeral parlor would do. Right down to multiple copies of the death certificate. Including transporting the body, and the cremation, I'm told the cost was well under half what a similar funeral would be in Charlotte. They staged the memorial, with many extras, such as live streaming, flat screen TV slide shows, and setting up a memorial table with UV Navy props, such as a seal and a fringed flag. There were two staffers during the two hours, who helped with everything, including emptying the water in the flower vases, and loading them into cars. These people were so nice!We had the memorial room, but also, for free (don't know if they can always do that), they let her have another large room at the entrance, for snacks and drinks, where there were tables, sofas, a sink, cabinets, a refrigerator, and a simple 8x10 photo of their first funeral director, Lamont. I had met him when I visited in 2017, and the home was a trailer behind the cemetery (although they were about to break ground for this building). He had died in 2020. Aww, and they had a picture of him. Like I said, these people were so nice! I plan to have them handle my own funeral.Family met afterwards, at McAllister's Deli, in the Concord Mills Area. It was large, and not busy.see attached pic of the woods. I can't post pictures of the inside, because they have pictures of my loved ones in the photos.

No one wants to review a funeral home honestly because it's a terrible time in your life if you're here. I want to thank Maggie and Kenny from the bottom of our hearts. My father passed away unexpectedly last week. We had his funeral today and every step of the way was easier because of the kind and caring employees here. It start with a phone call after midnight and Maggie was so sweet and kind. They never made us feel like a burden or anything other than family. They didn't push sales on us and I can't believe how reasonable the prices were. I highly recommend this funeral home if you find yourself in need of one. I hope the owners understand what a true asset Maggie and Kenny both are to this business.

Funerals are never a good experience but Maggie made this a much worse experience than it ever had to be. Excuses & disagreements that were never fully resolved after bringing it to attention. Attention to detail is seriously lacking.

Cabarrus Funeral,Cremation & Cemetery took great care of my family at the passing of my son. They told us when we started that we are now family and that was very evident in the way we were treated. They took a very difficult time and in our life and treated us with grace and love.

My brother passed away on August 2, 2021 and from the time I called Maggie, she was so loving and caring and knew exactly what to do to take care of my needs. I never felt rushed anytime I talked to her or any of her staff. They were all very accommodating and answered all my questions very promptly. His Celebration of Life was handled very professionally and very respectful. Thank you, Maggie, Dan and all your staff for the exceptional service we received from Cabarrus Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery.

From my very first interaction with Mary over the phone when I called to get information all the way through the day of my sister’s funeral, she has been incredible. She is very warm and caring and made this process so much easier. She explained all of our options without making us feel pressured to purchase more than we needed. You can really tell she loves what she does, comforting and helping people in their time of grief. If you live in the Concord area, I highly recommend this establishment. If I could give 10 stars I would. You will not be disappointed!

Ms. Horn was so amazing. She took care of all the arrangements for the transporting of my grandmother back to Ohio. She was wonderful to work with and made sure my grandmother looked beautiful and had the perfect casket before leaving Cabarrus funeral, cremation, and cemetery. Her kindness was truly appreciated during this emotional time.
