Always feel great after my 45 minute camp! Trainers are supportive and know when to push you. Have modifications for every exercise to fit with where you are on your fitness journey. All of the members are welcoming and encouraging, you may just meet your new best friend!

I love coming here. The trainers meet you where you are and help you become the best version of yourself. The front desk staff are always helpful and very nice. The other members are welcoming and encouraging. Coming here gives me that hour of me time to focus on myself and it definitely helps my mood. I’ve been here now 18 months and my only regret is not starting sooner.

This Burn location is fantastic! The trainers are great. Facilities are always clean. I love that I can bring my kids with me and they have a safe, clean, fun place to hang out!

Burn Bootcamp is a great workout! Burn is the only workout that has actually made me want to workout. Each class is a challenge but it’s nice to know you’re not alone and others are being challenged as well. I love how you can see improvement from one class to the next. As a first time camper, one might feel overwhelmed or intimidated by what someone else is capable of doing. However, always keep in mind, they started exactly where you are starting. Don’t give up!

The team and trainer are great and helpful. You will see the result on you I would say within 4 months if you go workout at least 4 days a week.

Great environment, positive reinforcement. Takes a bit of getting used to but definitely different. Trainer works with all fitness levels but think this is best for someone ready to take their fitness to a new level

I recently completed my 100th camp at Burn Boot Camp Mallard Creek, and I'm so happy I joined this program this year. The community is incredibly motivating, and I'm inspired by everyone I work out with. The trainers are also amazing, and they always keep an eye on my form and push me to do my best. The workouts are challenging but fun. I've already lost 12 pounds and gained muscle, and I'm excited to see how much further I can go. I also appreciate the periodic focus meetings with trainers, which help me track my progress and stay motivated. I highly recommend it!

Great friendly environment. Trainer will always encourage you and push you to your best. You will be a total different person at the end of work out. I have always feel powerful, stronger and confident after each workout. Love this place!???

My experience with the Harris Rd bootcamp was Bad Bad Bad. They sold me this 1 month membership. I told them I am going out of town and they said it’s good for a month after you start it. I met with an accident in that trip and I was under treatment for 5+ months. When I called back they said no you had to start it within 30 days. She didn’t even care to see her notes.When signing up I would not trust what they just say at studio, they gave me partial information. Just ask for fine print at the studio.I don’t even recommend their trail .

Joining this burn boot camp is one of the best decisions and investments I have made! About 2.5 months ago, I was overweight, out of shape, working too many hours, and not eating healthy. All of the trainers; Sally, Alivia, Tori, Jen, Celeste - are all wonderful! They meet you where you are at, but also push you to do what they know you can. It is such an inspiring and non-judgemental atmosphere and encouraging community. I love that it is 45 minutes, it's intense and a great work out, they always have you doing something different so it keeps it interesting, it is not boring! I can't believe I have turned into someone that looks forward to going to the gym! I had a couple of focus meetings, they go over your goals with you and give a plan. I also do the Project Lean Nation meals next door, 12 a week (they are delicious and the people there are wonderful, too).....between the two, I have lost 8 lbs of fat, gained 2 lbs of muscle mass, and lost 5% in body fat and am more educated. I feel so much better and stronger! They really care, and your success is their success! If you are thinking about joining or doing a trial first, do it!

I gained like 20 pounds during covid and wanted to try out Burn Mallard Creek due to their good reviews. The format they use and methodical training methods has given me better results in every 45 min work out than anything else I had ever done. I started last August and down 12 pounds already. Thanks Burn Mallard Creek!.
