This place is a mess for a huge store like this and no cashiers.For hundreds of customers to wait in line to cash out 2 or 3 items with 3 cashiers working is insane I would say

I’m standing in line to pay for my purchases. I’ve been standing in line for about 40 minutes now and I still have eight customers ahead of me! This is utterly unacceptable! There are three cashiers working on a Saturday! You all should be ashamed of yourselves! This is my last time shopping in this store!

So many employees but they can’t open cashiers? The line is ALWAYS out the door with 3 cashier. Open the other side of the store cashier to make shopping go smoothly. If you in a rush DON’T COME HERE been in line for an HOUR!

They have a 30 minute line as they are only using 5 registers.
They are only using the registers going out toward the parking lot not the ones next to the mall, but unfortunately no indication that those are the only ones.

Update 2024: Be prepared to stand in line for more than 55 minutes on Saturday. They had only 2 people working at checkout. And it wasn’t like store was overflowing with people. Very poor management.
2023: Talk about labour shortage. This place needs help very quickly. On Sunday afternoon had only 3 people working at counters. Stood in line for 45 minutes. Requesting Burlington headquarters, pls give this place some help.

It is a place that I like to visit because there are many interesting things to buy but I had a bad experience, terrible service, discriminatory with one of their cashiers, they should have more professional service.
