Easily the best Build-A-Bear I have been to. It is clean, well stocked, the staff is friendly & knowledgeable about their inventory. You can easily tell every member is passionate about helping people make their perfect plushie & sweet memories to go along with it. I was helped by Taylor who was so sweet & so informative about the entire process. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place.

This was the first time bringing my girls to build a bear. They had a blast. I can’t remember the girls name but she made it extra special when placing the heart inside the bear. She was meant to do that job. She was amazing at it. ❤️

The employees are wonderful my so wanted a stuffed animal called cow dog. The staff helped me make his wish come true. We are so thankful They are amazing

My sister and I went to this particular one the other day and I must share my appreciation of Sydney. She was kind and extremely helpful. We had great conversation with her and left with our bears extremely happy ?. Again thank you Sydney! You made our day to day the least.

I do not even have the words to describe the treatment my sister received today. My sister has been supporting build a bear for a long time. Today is my deceased nephews 5th birthday and his baby sister who is 4 years old could not wait to go to build a bear to get a bear made for her big brother in Heaven. My sister explained the situation to a worker there and asked if she could do the birthday deal and they turned her down because he is "not physically here" my sister as you could imagine was absolutely shocked with what was told to her and beyond upset with the words that were used. This is a hard enough day for her, her husband and the rest of my family and this is the treatment she received. This is beyond upsetting, disappointing and completely heartless. Build a bear, your employees need to do better. The words that were used today, absolutely disgusting. I will never support you all again and I hope the parents that struggle with heartache everyday like my family does, will no longer go to build a bear again after reading this. Shame on the employee my sister spoke to today, shame on all of you, period. If this is how you treat customers, it's sickening and sad.
This happened in Fort Myers, Florida but unfortunately I couldn't find the correct store to put this review on but since this place is a chain, I don't expect it to be much different.

We went last week for my my bf’s daughter’s 6th birthday. Sydney made it a magical experience for her and her older brother! Even I had so much watching! Highly recommend!

My son saved Christmas money to come get a new build a bear. We went on 2/01/24 and arrived at the store at 7:20 and the 2 lazy women behind the counter were on their phones and told us to leave because they didn’t want to take anymore customers for the day. I’ve attached proof here showing what time it was as we stood outside the store comforting my 4 year old and they partially pulled the gate across the entrance. Extremely disappointed and grossed out by the behavior of these employees.

Very disappointed in the integrity of the workers. Showed up with a very excited kiddo to get his birthday bear, and was told they were closed 25 minutes before posted hours. Two workers were just sitting there on their phones with the gate half closed.. Pretty sad.
