The staff at this boot barn location always provide top tier customer service. Even though it was her first day, the cashier Emma was very friendly and had charming personality.

This particular Boot Barn™ in Charlotte was awesome staff. There was extremely helpful and the selection of boots and clothes and accessories was very good. I highly recommend this location for all your western clothes and boot needs.
