The lady couldn't help me because the system was down but she was so much more respectful compared to the other boost mobile in kannapolis near family dollar. I paid my bill through the app and I have a receipt from my bank and a text from boost but they are still saying I didn't pay my bill and will not turn my phone back on. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. I someone knows please help me.

Not enough stars to describe how great. The store was well organized and clean. Brenda has to be the nicest sales lady I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I do hope her boss is reading this.This young lady needs to be recognized as the one who Boost defines when they think of professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of their services while maintaining a genuine smile, and a genuine concern for the needs of the customer. I would recommend this store to anyone who would like to be treated fairly, and leave the store knowing they were treated with honesty. I congratulate Brenda for being a wonderful representative, and a true breath of fresh air in a world of people who could care less about potential customers. I look forward to doing business with this store for many years to come!

Service with Boost was hit and miss. Sometimes depending on the city I was in I would have great service and in other cities I would have no service. I would especially have no service in rural areas. Boost also does this cute little thing where even if you spend over $500-$1000 on a phone you have to keep that phone with boost for one year before you can have the phone unlocked and move to a different provider. I was a boost customer for 12 years and I stayed because it was an expensive and I also had a special VIP package that allowed me to use my phone even if my service was technically disconnected temporarily. Now I’m willing to pay the big bucks to have a good quality phone service.
