I normally shop the Albemarle Big Lots. The Concord store has much nicer things and is more orderly. The fall decoration section has some lovely table cloths and arragements. I loved this store!

The workers are friendly & some of them greet u when u walk into the store.They also help u when help is needed. They are also friendly at the checkout counters & u get a discount if u have your Big lots card or u just give them ur phone number & they pretty much have u in their system. ??

I enjoy coming to this store! It has a huge parking lot, it's not usually super busy, and I love the wide range of items they have!!!! Pretty good prices and customer service too. This is one of my guilty pleasure stores!!

Visited 5/10/23 between 3 & 4 pm. Had every intention of buying a sofa and loveseat. I asked the older white associate who was in the furniture department for help. He was at the furniture station alone staring at the computer screen and when I asked if I could ask some questions, he never turned around, but sighed real big and said "yeah what ya need'. I said we have a few questions. He never turned around but said "ok". I said could you please turn around and look at me as we are interested in a particular sofa and loveseat. He sighed again real big and turned around and said sarcastically, "ok sir can I help you." I said "never mind". We walked out and went to Ashley's and spent $1700.

I was surprised by how much they have as far as trending home decor. The prices are good and I enjoy walking around and seeing everything they have to offer. Found a few kitchen accessories that I haven't been able to find in other places.

Store has a variety of things to choose from you're sure to find something you like from food to furniture....I was looking for a healthy snack a friend said they had some good alternatives to chips and crackers...picked up some Harvest Snaps which are snacks made from vegetables....I got the black bean snacks and the lentil snacks they also had snacks made with peas and green beans....they were not too bad ?
