Got some great help from a blue shirt named Brian. He helped me buy the right television. He didn’t try to oversell and he didn’t push. He gave me good information Teaching me what full array meant and just did general great communication with me. Major props for the customer service.
I’ve had my TV at home now for a few days and it’s perfect! I got a Sony X 90 L or something like that lol.

Buyer beware at Best Buy online. We bought a TV online after it said we could pick it up at the store that evening. When we checked out it then said we would have to wait 5 days to pick it up after saying it was in stock. Customer service, although it shows a local number you are connected to a call center in India. Their customer service is awful.

Just had an unusual experience at Best Buy at Concord Mills. I came in with some questions about computers and ended up speaking to Scott the manager of geek squad in the store. I needed to know the difference between two different desktop towers and he gave me straight up answers without flexing his superior technological intelligence. You know… When you go to the Apple Store and one of the geniuses with grandmas mustache has to speak over your head to show how brilliant they are?
This was not my experience at all.
He truly answered the questions I needed in a very straightforward manner. Lead me to the right product and helped me move forward with the purchase. Great experience.

I have purchased a refrigerator, two televisions, a laptop and two cell phones (one was recently) from Best Buy. I have no complaints, extremely satisfied doing business with Best Buy.

Tried to purchase an unlocked phone after mine was stolen. My cell service provider recommended that I do that. The Customer Care team at this Best Buy was incredibly unhelpful. Unfortunately. Went to Walmart. They were way more helpful. Ironically.

Scheduled a dash cam installation for the afternoon, got cancelled within 10 minutes of schedule. Tried to call the store for more info 7 times and was disconnected 7 times. The reps who patched me through assured me someone would answer and that they'll stay on the line in case it happens again, but none did. Atrocious CS, atrocious communication skills, atrocious auto-answering system. Whoever made the brain dead decision to route all calls to HQ for first response and set up a non-functional routing system deserves to work at Circuit City.

I waited for more than 10minutes at a Bose booth to buy Bose open earbuds the staff at the front entrance can clearly see me but didn't bother to offer help. And then I asked if they have available of the product and just told me “if its not there then we dont have it and we dont have it the back” Didn’t bother to check their system if they have one and didn't offer other Best Buy stores if they have the product. If theres a negative star rating I would.
It happened around 2:10PM You can clearly check the cameras. I have my 2 kids with me.
