We bought our GMC Acadia Denali from this place last November. The vehicle has been great and received excellent service from the sales member. Part of our purchase came with two "free" maintenance services. Well, we dropped our car off for the "free" service a couple days ago and our car was driving great, never had any issues. They were suppose to just do an oil change and rotate the tires...well, when we got our car back, it was pulling way to the right and got knocked out of alignment. We took the vehicle back to the service department and they said we had to pay $150 for an alignment.They would not just fix what they broke in the first place. This business practice is unethical. We have a growing family with multiple kids, we had to wait multiple hours on the "not so free" service and got our car back in worse condition. They made our vehicle unsafe to drive, then wanted to charge us to fix their mistake. No way I'm giving these people $150 or even one penny just so they can make a profit on messing up our vehicle during a "free" service. It's sad because we had such a great experience with Stuart and have a growing family and actually are currently looking to upgrade to a Yukon Denali XL. We were going to go back to this place for that purchase but now we are not because of the terrible service experience. We can not trust the service department here.

Don't be fooled! Pre-owned means used, as is!I bought what they call a pre-owned Cadillac CTS. Before taking off the lot there was a check engine light on and the dealer informed me that there was also a slow leak in one of the tires that they would fix. I brought the car back, there was a problem with the high pressure fuel pump and the tire did have a leak. They refuse to fix both issues. I was also informed by their service department that the car needed a tune-up just days after purchase.Got a flat tire on the way home one night, went to change the tire, and the part to remove the bolt was the wrong size. They wouldn't replace it. Had the spare tire put on and that was damaged and unusable.The battery has died after only one year.Watch out for OnStar! Called OnStar for assistance with the flat tire, and waited 4 hours they sent no one I was on my own!I can't wait to get rid of this car!

Great experience with car purchase in dealing with Gennene at Ben Mynatt. Gennene is very knowledgeable and handles all very professional. She is definitely an asset to this dealership.

By far the worst service dept I ever came across. They up charge. Sent $5k in service, 2 weeks later another issue. Took it back to for repair. Was advised I have no warranty on the previous job and they refuse to diagnose the issue to repair.you're better off with a backyard mechanic or even YouTube.

Went in with hesitation because I absolutely dread dealing with dealerships....but this one by far has impressed me the most! Most dealers will ask you to leave them a review and the guys here didn't even have to because their service speaks for itself. Jeff Johnston was our salesman and he was AMAZING and patient with our skepticism with buying a vehicle. They reserved our new Buick Encore GX for us so we could drive from out of state with a peace of mind knowing it would be there waiting for us to check it out. These guys were all awesome, the manager, finance guy, and salesman were all great and not pushy at all. Thanks Jeff! We couldn't have picked a better place...please keep up your hard and meaningful work!
