Terrible customer service by Pam & Linda. My online order arrived with a security tag so I went to this location. They didn't apologize had a doing me a favor removing the security tag. Linda of course was very proud of herself smurking while I waited to speak to Pam. Thought she was a Manager but now realizing she probably phoned a friend from another Dept.

There are good deals here. I like store for most part and have shopped at many in past.
But it’s deceptive. For example in this photo, nothing on this rack is $21.99 at all. Not even the hats.
Asked about it and was told the top shelf was $21.99, but they rang up as $30. So why is there a sign for daily deal of $21.99
Was going to pick up a few more items but was turned off and put them back. And I had no idea what price they would actually be.
They have same shirts on sale at Bass Pro Shop, so will just go there.

Belks is my favorite store,I shop at them all, well at Carolina Mall, Concord it's just Okay because you have a new found manager that only greets certain people as if I am not a Customer and spending my money, All the Employees are not very familiar or helpful

I was dressed in dirty clothes from working in the yard, I had to get a few things from there and didn't have time to change. I stood at the makeup counter for 15 minutes while 3 workers stood behind the counter having conversations and was never asked if I needed help. Then 4 associates stood in the clothing area desperately looked for an anniversary outfit for the night, but still not once was I acknowledged because of my appearance after working all day in the yard. I asked to speak to the manager he made excuses for all 7 or 8 employees and said I'm very sorry. Not acceptable

Still love the art of actually being able to shop on a store! Belk is one trued and true store still trying to make it out there and so glad! I have shopped at Belk since I was a child! A true staple in the community!! Had great experience yesterday as I took my neice shopping for some new clothes. Joy was our customer service rep and she was awesome!!

Belk in Carolina Mall in Kannapolis, NC has the best employees! Victoria is attentive and highly engaged with the customers! She asked me questions and made recommendations that were amazing! Julie in Fine Jewelry was also very helpful and accommodating! I always will shop there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm a caregiver and I was returning an item for the woman I care for. Denece Simpson helped me. She was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor. She told me my options in ordering the right size, etc, and online options. Denece went above and beyond in her customer service. She was also very courteous and well polished. I was very pleased. She couldn't have done a better job! She was very helpful. I took a picture of her nametag to remember her name because it's rare to get that excellent of service! I wanted to write a great review for her. She was very professional and I really appreciated her service.
