Very easy to do business with. I ordered a battery online and within minutes I got a confirmation that it was ready to pick up. The lady fulfilling my order was very friendly and helpful. Overall, had a great experience and look forward to do business with them again.

Great service, with knowledgeable and skilled staff who have integrity. One iPhone battery replacement was performed quickly and at a reasonable price; the device was ready almost exactly at the time promised. The technician recommended against a battery replacement for another phone, indicating that the problem was with the phone's electronics, rather than performing an unnecessary, futile repair for the sake of making money.
We've used the services of this place in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the services received. Highly recommended!

Stellar service, was pointed in this direction to get my phone screen replaced. I was relieved they had same day availability and pleasantly impressed with the quality of the screen when I picked it up. They were very kind, prompt and professional. Incredible customer service! I’ve purchased many of the lifetime battery replacements for my watches from Batteries Plus. It’s a great deal. On the most recent battery replacement, the watch wasn’t quite right after the replacement. This Batteries Plus and the team there made sure that everything was right with the watch and for me in the end.

Josiah was incredibly efficient and professional, despite the weather he was happy to install the battery in my car and did it in a little over 5 minutes. I was very impressed with his skill and genuine personality. I have recommended Batteries Plus to family and multiple colleagues.

The customer service was excellent, the staff was fast and efficient. They had great communication I thought I just needed a battery replacement but there was more wrong with the phone than I thought some of the wires got messed up and they informed me. 10/10 recommend for fast and good service

Drove to Concord/Kannapolis due to the online store website stating that they had a battery for my phone. What a pleasant surprise to find that they did indeed have a battery for my phone. To top that, the gentleman installed it to make sure it worked with my particular model of the phone and to check that it would charge. It was a pleasant interaction with a store and counter man who actually believed in customer service and was genuinely a likeable guy. Wish I had gotten his name. Thanks! It's terrible trying to get along without a phone when it's the only one you have!

I highly recommend getting your car batteries here. Super easy process, and my battery was installed immediately. No bringing back the old battery and being refunded your core charge. It was super easy and I will definitely be back next time.
