Staff was very friendly willing to help find different things within the store. Found that the mobility through the aisles was a little easier than I had experienced in the past with all the inventory that they have to put on display, but was much more consolidated or better organized to be moving around it and other people.

Do you guys know why I am giving you guys 5 stars instead of 2? And the 2 is for being located inside the Concord Mills Mall. I'm giving you 5 stars because of Diana. Excellent service from helpful staff who offer to help you select the perfect gift for the special someone! Huge selection of perfumes, body sprays, candles, etc for men and women. They have great sales and free gifts with purchase. located inside Concord Mills Mall.

I normally don't shop at BBW and I normally don't shop at the mall. I came across an ad for a sale on their travel sized items, so I ordered a few body sprays from offline to be picked up at the mall. When I returned to my car, I looked at my order, and I saw that one of my sprays had something on it like Vaseline or something on the part where you would spray it. I thought to myself, why wasn't this noticed by the person who packed my order? It was really off-putting, and it turned me off from even wanting to smell the scents that I purchased. Yes, I know that the substance can be wiped off, but still! If I felt like walking through the crowded mall again I probably would have walked back to the store to exchange it, but it should have been examined first before being packed anyway so the customer wouldn't have to come back.

Will not go here again a boy man he was wearing makeup and then my son asking me questions why are they allowed to wear makeup at work kids may come in the store consider that please

The 2 stars is because the one young lady helping us and the other employees were nice but BREE…. The cashier named BREE was DISGUSTING!!!! And I’ll just leave it at that because had it not been for my morals and restraint and respect for myself and my family, she would’ve been in for a rude awakening. Either retrain her or fire her, preferably the latter

Visiting the mall, of course, I had to stop in here and use the coupons I received in the mail. Normal B&BW store. They had all the Christmas scents out, and I was in heaven. They do have brand new stuff out (to me), which consisted of body wash (not the shower gel) and butter cream now. So definitely a treat to be able to look at all the new products. Unfortunately, the store did not have a pleasant smell at all to it. It smelled more like sewer instead of nice B&BW products like normal. I believe the employees were trying to remedy that, but they just kept spraying the room sprays, which just made the store smell like sewer and scents and made my head hurt. Other than that, everything else was nice and no long lines. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was shocked to know that they have separated from Victoria Secrets, so now if you have a VS credit card, you will not be able to use it at the B&BW stores.
