This is my 2nd time working with Lisa Preyor designing a home. The first time around was my own home and she was so valuable in helping me with various options in furniture, fabrics, delivery schedules etc. This time around she and I had a great time putting together an entire home for a client. Lisa was always available to answer my questions any time of day, she made great suggestions and offered multiple options. Her patience throughout the process was unlimited. I recommend her all the time to friends in the area. Hands down my go to at Bassett.

I was shopping around for couches and was very impressed with the Bassett store in Concord Mills area. Lisa was my sales rep/ designer and she was excellent to deal with. I was very overwhelmed with the choices and she was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I ended purchasing a couch which I am very excited to receive. I will definitely be back and will ask for Lisa!

When I walked in, I was greeted by Lisa.
She was patient and listened to my needs in selecting the sofa's needed for my space. She had excellent ideas in designing my space. She made me feel comfortable with my selections.
She is an awesome designer and would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Lisa is always a pleasure to work with! She has much knowledge in design and finding just the right blend of colors for furniture and accessories in our home. Her recommendations are always honest and she is not pushy to try to make you buy something. Lisa has helped us for several years with picking the perfect style that my husband and I love! We recommend her skills and sweet personality to everyone!!

Chris was outstanding. From the moment we walked in the concord showroom she listened, asked great questions & helped us every step of the way. Gave great ideas. When we went back the next week we were amazed at the mock ups. I will recommend to all my neighbors

As you may know, purchasing a home is stressful and packing is worse but decorating and determining what colors and patterns match best with your home can be overwhelming; but Lisa P made this project seamless. I’m so excited about our chairs! Lisa was so helpful and easy to work with. I stopped by Bassett several times and talked ideas/color/pattern with her before we ordered our chairs and pillow. She is a great listener and never made me feel rushed. She’s a treasure!

We had a great experience working with Trevor. He made furnishing our son’s bedroom and bonus room less stressful! He came out and measured the areas of my home to ease my mind. Mercy, I really wish picking out furniture was like buying a car. Go pick it out and take it home. Well, not the case with quality furniture. Model, color, other features to pick out. What color goes with what. Then it takes a few months to get built and delivered. We bought our first couch from Bassett 23 years prior and really loved the size and quality of the product so after searching high and low for a substitute and finding nothing that could compare, we went back to Bassett. The prices might be higher than the other places, but so is the quality, and I firmly believe that with Basset, you get what you pay for. Fortunately, Trevor, at Bassett in Concord, made everything effortless and painless. He was with us from beginning to end, and we "my wife" is very picky, so he had his work was cut out for him. He called and emailed every so often reassuring us that the furniture was under construction and that it would be done on schedule. We also received email from Bassett when construction was started and when it was finished and ready for delivery. Trevor, you and Bassett gave us exactly what we were looking for and kept it within our price range. Thanks and God bless!

I shopped at Bassett Furniture for the first time. I had always gone to Furnitureland South for King Hickory furniture. When I walked into Bassett, I had a warm greeting from Lisa Preyor. I was honest about my history with a competitor and she was pleasant, spoke kindly of the competitor and in a non pressure way showed me what Bassett had to offer. She made me away of the current promotion, which was GREAT! I selected a few items and before you know it.....I was sold...not just on Basset Furniture but Lisa Preyor. She is a fantastic decorator and she she consulted with me on the many aspects of decorating my home. I hands down recommend Lisa Preyor. What I liked the most was she was honest and didn't let me make a bad design decision. It wasn't just about the sell. It was about the customer and helping me as the customer make my vision come to life. I'll have to come back to the review and post pictures later.
