Excellent customer service!. I just purchased a home, & needed furniture throughout the new home they were able to help me with a fast delivery of everything needed, & ordered.. They have beautiful pieces of furniture, I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love badcock I've been dealing with them for 12 years now everything I buy from them is excellent quality transactions are easy. I would recommend this company to anyone if you're looking for good quality items an easy transactions.

Online said they had a chair in stock. They had it on display and wouldn't let us buy a floor model...it would have taken them 2 days to replace the floor model we drove 45 minutes to that specific store because Online said they have it.Just not good customer service, maybe I'm just spoiled by Costco.

We purchased a couch in May and had problems in August/September.(Yes warranty was also purchased) I was told no way that could happen at their store. Was treated so badly and inconsiderate. Will never purchase from them again

I'm a teacher, so I don't make a lot of money. I bought my old living room furniture from Badcock about 4 years ago and used their in store credit to help pay for it. We got a puppy last February and she has anxiety and chewed on my old furniture. Now that we are through this chewing phase, we need new living room furniture and my experience the last time was so great that I decided to look here again. The website was easy to use and checkout was a breeze, especially since I have the credit account available.Edit: I received a call the next day to schedule the pickup. We picked it up on Labor Day and are now enjoying it. I am so very thrilled and, apparently so is my senior doggie. I haven't seen her sleep this well in awhile!

Jessica helped me understand how mattress fitting is a must and she help me stay in budget. She also help me with financing the rest. I'd recommend you do this if you also need credit repair or establishment or just want to be able to afford to live in this economy

My whole experience with this BadCock has been wonderful The manager Nicole and Jessica were wonderful to work with, our delivery was simless and fast Luis and Donald did a great job. I recommend this BadCock to anyone looking for furniture.

Badcock has BAD service. There were three sales associates standing behind the desk when I walked it, there wasn’t another customer in the store and yet we were not greeted. After walking around half of the store we were finally greeted by an associate who asked what we were looking for. When we told her what we were looking for, she replied “well let me know if you need help” and walked away! First and LAST time visiting this store!
