Worse customer service and return policy is bogus I won’t go back even though it’s in my neighborhood. I understand the clearance policy but she didn’t explain that when I purchased the policy.

today i went in for a couple things and i was attacked by some random korean lady ,i asked for her name and it was lisa she gave me 2 black eyes bruises everywhere i’ve been non stop bleeding i have head injuries and i got a lung infraction because she hit me with a chair and stomped on my face,

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I don't care how close you are, avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is rude and they don't let you return any items even if unopened. They won't even give you store credit. The sign with this "policy" is extremely small behind the counter and employees don't make customers aware before purchases. Save your money and go elsewhere! This shop preys on its customers inability to find hidden "rules."

I shop here as a last resort when ik exactly what I need, otherwise I travel in the opposite direction. Why? bc they make me feel uncomfortable when browsing their small, overstocked store items. They stare and follow customers but offer little help when asked about their inventory. The box headed young woman with dark hair always in an updo pony is NEVER friendly. She stares meanly of them all. There is 1 newer cashier, thin tall woman, who seems polite and socialable. Again, I only spend a few coins here when ik what need.

I’ve purchased items from this store before and never had a problem but today I had a very bad experience. I called the store to get a price on an item before I drove to the store and the employee answered the phone in a extremely rude manner and said “we don’t give prices over the phone”. She could’ve simply answered the question or said “ma’am we don’t give out that information over the phone”. It was very upsetting and I won’t be buying anything from this store ever again.

Basically you can't shop without the employees staring you down and falling you around like you going to pick up and steal something it makes you feel like hey let's just go to another store and spend our money somewhere else well that's just my opinion You have to go there and see if you like the store or not

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! Very weird vibes. Staff are weird and rude blocking the aisles and in the way. Overheard them talking about a customer being weird because they were staring... well if somebody was staring at me I would look back too...Go to Beauty Depot near Concord mills if you have to! This place is overpriced anyways but it was a last minute stop for me.

Good selection and friendly staff. A few popular items you have to ask to be unlocked for you but that's how it goes. Prices are decent and they have later operating hours than most other beauty supply stores around the city.
