“Derrick at Tuffy's is wonderful!! I had to replace the engine in my car and he helped me to get my after market warranty company to pay. The process was a nightmare but Derrick was so patient and never gave up trying to help me. I am a customer for life now with Derrick and Don at Tuffy's. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I would give them 10 stars if possible. If you need any thing done to your vehicle, take it to Tuffy's. “When my 2012 Prius battery finally started to fail after 12 years and 175k miles I found Greentec and it’s been a great experience. I was told it would take an hour to replace and that’s what it took! I went with the new replacement option. Johnny, the technician, was very professional and answered all my questions. I’d definitely recommend Greentec to anyone needing to replace their hybrid battery.”
“I’ve brought my vehicle for maintenance and service at this location couple of times, so far I have been pleased with the service. My most recent visit, I was helped by Mr. Reece. He’s very nice accommodating, and has a smiling face. As a customer, these are delighting traits when you bring your car for maintenance where you have to wait at least an hour and a half. It makes a difference when you are greeted by someone with a smiley face compared to being greeted by someone with a long face, who looks like they just want to get it over with, and does not want to answer your questions.”

“I've been coming to Subaru of Concord for the past 8 years with 3 different cars; two of which were the new Ascents!
The trade in process for both my 2011 Legacy (108k miles) and 2019 Ascent (59k) were very streamline and I felt very well taken care of.
When I traded the 2019 for the 2021 model, I had no intentions of trading this one (though tempted with the '24 one!)
Over this labor day weekend Subaru has gone above and beyond all around from the customer service with Jordan (my advisor) to the techs that worked double time to fill a huge maintenance request (with add-ons) to Jason (service manager).
I am happy to say that even though I'm there often enough to be known by name (?) they always go above and beyond to take care of not only me but my "baby" as well.
I highly recommend coming to them if you ever have a buying or maintenance need. You won't be disappointed!!”
“Wow, was I lucky that I happened to break down a block away from Drye's Garage today. I JUST bought this vehicle, so I was beyond stressed rolling into their lot with hazard lights without a choice to go anywhere else. G was busy, but greeted me right away with a smile and willingness to help that immediately put me at ease. Chad was great and charged a very fair price, all these positive reviews about the way he does business are well deserved. Shout out to G, he fixed the issues I was having as quickly as possible and kept me updated, patiently explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. After I left, my car ran better than when I bought it. The bright side of this unlucky day was finding a mechanic shop we can trust with both our vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially women looking for a shop that will NOT try to take advantage of you (unfortunately a stereotype many of us have experienced first hand). If I could rate 10 stars for these gentlemen, I would. Obviously not in a rush to need their services any time soon, but I won't even have to think twice about where to go when I do. Thank you!!!”

“I stopped by to check on a wheel alignment for my Ford Expedition and got scheduled for an appointment the very next day. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and helpful. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and accommodating. I was able to bring my laptop and work remotely with no annoying music blaring or people talking loudly, etc. The alignment work was completed quickly and a detailed printout was provided to indicate what work was performed. I was very happy with the service and the price. We will definitely bring our cars to Concord Auto Service Center for our future repairs and service!”
