“I’ve brought my vehicle for maintenance and service at this location couple of times, so far I have been pleased with the service. My most recent visit, I was helped by Mr. Reece. He’s very nice accommodating, and has a smiling face. As a customer, these are delighting traits when you bring your car for maintenance where you have to wait at least an hour and a half. It makes a difference when you are greeted by someone with a smiley face compared to being greeted by someone with a long face, who looks like they just want to get it over with, and does not want to answer your questions.”

“I've been coming to Subaru of Concord for the past 8 years with 3 different cars; two of which were the new Ascents!
The trade in process for both my 2011 Legacy (108k miles) and 2019 Ascent (59k) were very streamline and I felt very well taken care of.
When I traded the 2019 for the 2021 model, I had no intentions of trading this one (though tempted with the '24 one!)
Over this labor day weekend Subaru has gone above and beyond all around from the customer service with Jordan (my advisor) to the techs that worked double time to fill a huge maintenance request (with add-ons) to Jason (service manager).
I am happy to say that even though I'm there often enough to be known by name (?) they always go above and beyond to take care of not only me but my "baby" as well.
I highly recommend coming to them if you ever have a buying or maintenance need. You won't be disappointed!!”

“Our sales person, Rose, gets 5 stars. She showed us the camper types we were looking for, while not trying to push. Wonderful to work with.
The reason for 4 stars overall -
We financed a $15,000 new Transcend One 151RB, put $1500 down, and financed $19,500! ! The finance officer went through the numbers and signatures so fast we didn’t realize what was going on. Over $2,000 for extended warranty, almost $600 for paint protection, and almost $600 for roadside assistance. Also, the Special price we were shown was $500 less than what appeared on the contract (noticed later while looking for some of the $19,500 financed).
Being our first new camper purchase, we don’t know if this is the norm at dealerships. But be assured, this was our last new camper purchase.
Note, other than having to add front stabilizer jacks, we couldn’t be more pleased with the Transcend One. Built better than anything else we looked at, yet competitively priced.”

“If you are ever in need of a braided fuel line for your preformance car; then Heintz Performance in Concord NC is the perfect place to visit. I was in need of a fuel line as my car fuel line started leaking really bad. I took the line off my car and stopped by Heintz Performance. The gentleman at the counter ask that I give him 20 minutes. Well, 15 minutes later he had duplicated the same fuel line with a fitting on each end that was way better than the one I had on my original fuel line. After paying a very reasonable price; I came home and installed the fuel line on my car. The fuel leak was fixed and I been a happy camper every since.
