I've had service with them for several years and it's been great!! Recently they changed their App and I can no longer pay my bill without staying on the phone with customer service for over an hour or physically going into the store!!!

Every time I go to this store, everyone is so helpful. Their patience is great. I saw a man come in while I was being helped and he got hateful with the customer service rep. She handled him with respect and sternly. I couldn't have done it!!!!! They always get mt issues resolved and smile whole helping. That speaks volumes!!!!!

I was in need of a new service provider & MetroPCS roped me in with the promise of amazing promotions so I decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, the representative that handled my account forgot to put in my information so I would even be able to actually claim my rebate, he also told me I'd get the rebate a week from that date (it was actually 3 months from that date) he also added a service I never asked for (which cost) AND sold me an accessory with the promise it would save me more money.. they were sold out of what wanted so I had him pick one to add on for a better deal... By the time I was ready to use the accessory, I realized it wasnt even compatible with my device, and it was already too late to return it! Why wouldn't you choose an accessory I could actually use with my new phone??Then After waiting out the 3 months, I couldn't even claim at least the $50!!After deciding to give him the benefit of the doubt..sticking with metro, waiting 3 months instead of the ONE week.. brushing off the 100 and settling for the 50.. three months later, NO REBATE. He forgot to sign me up for autopay when I signed up!!!! ??♀️ he forgot to check one little box on his side, so I get nothing. I spoke to him again recently and he apologized for the mixups.. and I know no one's perfect, but really??Incompatible accessories, incorrect promotions, unauthorized additional services added, accidents in the paperwork. Metro.. train your peeps better.
