A franchise company that has no experience and is going down the drain with their Customer Service. Spent two hours at the Metro for the girl Magalenha to be no assistance. Leave us sitting for over 2 hour only to have call Metro personally 611 for them to get my phone activated in 30 minutes. After she made up, several lies about it being in the system come to find out there was nothing wrong with the system because if there was something wrong with the system, then how did Metro activate my phone in 30 minutes? This is who you have working for your company and your brand that’s excellent. What a waste of time of this metro because they’re a franchise you guys feel that you can treat customers like this Absolutely not close down and get rid of everybody that works there cause you clearly cannot have a business Or at that fact, know how to run a business this is coming from a 13 year customer at Metro you guys are the worst. And the fact she had no sympathy, no empathy and didn’t even apologize for the whole experience you guys are the wrose terrifying experience ever .

I've had service with them for several years and it's been great!! Recently they changed their App and I can no longer pay my bill without staying on the phone with customer service for over an hour or physically going into the store!!!
