Horrible experience.Sales rap name Jerry was lied to us about promotion .Its an unprofessional, horrible service.First his offer wasn’t true when the bill come up to my account for about $800.Then he lied that AT&T will care about previous payments from T-Mobile, and we don’t have to worry about T-Mobile any more, on the end I paid $1400 to T-Mobile.He is unprofessional and management at the store wasn’t even try to help out.All the offers they do is became lied and you will realize it when is time to pay your bill, sadly you can’t do anything about it

Had a great experience here! We went to 2 other AT&T store and couldn’t figure out transporting from cricket to AT&T. We came here and figured it out! They even took their time to go through our account to find us a better deal. Will be coming back if we have any issues!

I had the best customer service experience ever. The sales attendant and manager were warm and professional and went out if their way to make sure I was treated with respect and I left knowing I'd gotten the exactly what was needed with no sales pressure and all problems resolved. This will be the only ATT store in Charlotte that I'll come to from now on for any service needs.

Jerry was more than accommodating! He was patient, understanding, professional, and obtained assistance from his management staff for resolution on the things he wasn't knowledgeable about. I was so impressed on how quickly he resolved my issue I even offered to purchase him dinner although he declined. Give him a raise!!!

Trouble with AT&T so I cut my serviceJust know if you try to leave AT&T they will take you through the ringer. And make you pay more money. Did y’all know when you receive a new phone you better keep that box in came for 2 weeks? If not you will not be able to return it. Eventhough it’s within the 2 week period. Other cell companies just will take the phone if you’re dissatisfied. So please note to KEEP THE BOX IT original came in or you’re out of luck. Also the fold z phones all models are trash don’t even buy them no matter how nice they look to you. I went over to Verizon instead and got Samsung phones. If you don’t want to curse someone out at AT&T then go to Verizon service for your money. AT&T charged me for a line on my watch that I wasn’t even able to use with that watch for 10 months. I didn’t even know it. AT&T will get you for money you don’t even realize it.

Stopped in for a new iPhone but the associate advised me to wait a few days for the new to be released, so I did. I ordered my iPhone 15 off of apples website but I pay AT&T for service so I guess they still get some credit, right? Anyways, new phone will be delivered in a couple of days.

Came into the store after getting off my phone call I waited for about five minutes behind a family while neither associate greeted nor said will be right with you they continued assisting the family. A simple will be with you within five minutes we need a translator something rather than just letting me sit in the store as I proceeded to walk out not even a greeting goodbye they can learn a thing or two from the University location
