I and my momma ,Amy, came here quite a while ago and I will say it is one of the best, if not the best, eye centers we've been too. Everyone here was kind, professional and took everything into consideration. The exam was new to me as I've never had one done over the internet but it was very accurate. I nor my momma had had a single issue with or prescription. My momma got her frames there as she found pairs that were within our budget, I did not as I couldn't find anything within our budget to fit me (I'm kind of picky so that's my fault) but neither I or my momma have any complaints and will be happy to come back here again.

I did not have a great or good experience with this location. Due to me not knowing the address of the store I had my last exam at I ended up at this location. Took exam and purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses waited a week to pick up glasses and one was only available because they hadn’t checked in the other pair. I could not see out of the glasses because they put in wrong orescriotion. I needed bifocal prescription and they put in a prescription for single vision. Had to find my prescription from last store where I had my exam to get right prescription and was told my glasses would ready the next week only to be told they are still not fixed customer service rep was very rude telling it will be another week before they would be in after being the week before they would put a rush order on it because I told them I didn’t have any glasses and now they say it will be another week because I should have been told it would be 2 weeks before my glasses would ciorrected and be in? Will never come back to this store too unprofessional and why doctor didn’t prescribe right prescription in the first place.. and they had to pull info from my last eye exam from another store to fix problem. Another I have to wait I was told by very rude person. Will not come back here.

Super helpful took there time to answer all question. The doctor was very thorough I never felt rushed. Overall the best experience I have ever had at the eye doctor

An all-around terrific appointment. Dr. Robert Africano is wonderful and his intern, Shawn, obviously has great potential. In addition, Cathy was so helpful with an insurance glitch. This was my first-time visit and I was totally impressed. I plan to return whenever the need arises. Five stars, guys! Many thanks for the positive experience!

Unprofessional. The lady who confirms appointments was very rude. Even though my paperwork EXPLICITLY said I have had previous surgeries, they waited until 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me I could not be seen because the doctor I was seeing was remote, and remote providers do not see patients who have had surgery - how you do a remote eye exam is beyond me.Go elsewhere and don’t waste your time.
