Had our camper there for 4 years...stolen last month from a gated lot...they won't take any blame or even contact us back. The concord police have tried to reach about our case and one in December about stolen property...they didn't even apologize...the police man stopped in and asked about our stolen camper yesterday, he was told by the office that it was our fault for not stopping in more frequently to check on our camper. Are you kidding me? Horrible owner and Horrible customer service. Do not trust these people!!!!

Camper was stolen out of the gated lot. We can't get A-1 to give us any answers. Not one person was concerned. Never a called back.

Had a camper there for 4 years...it got stolen within the past month..no answers from the owner. Someone got access to the pin number on pad and hooked up our camper and drove away..they won't return our calls..come to find out someone's trailer got stolen there weeks before our camper....

Have rented a spot here since the Summer and have been pleasantly pleased with their customer service. The facility is secured and monitored with easy access all for an affordable price. What's not to like? The staff treats my daughter and I with the utmost care whenever we are there.
