Be aware. Gas price SCAM!!!
Today sign shows 2.89 at pump different prices 2.99 third time happens to me. Went inside talk to the cashier he said the store has no control over prices. Corporate does. Really!!!
I'm done with this location.

It’s 7:15 AM hours are posted as 24 hours. Doors are locked and no staff inside. Hours are incorrect most nights staff lock themselves inside. Better off going to QT down the street.

The worst 7/11 I’ve been too! I go to 7/11 every morning for pizza & a mount dew, every other 7/11 I go to always has it! This one never has ANYTHING! Used to be a good 7/11 now it sucks

Unbelievable customer service.....I pumped gas using my debit card and for the 3rd time in a row the receipt paper was empty. I went inside to ask for a receipt and told the girl working that this was the 3rd time in a row I had to come inside which defeated the purpose of paying at the pump. She said that happens sometimes and I responded not if people would do their jobs and keep the paper full. She responded by saying I could go somewhere else. Seriously??? Is that good customer service and how you treat people. This has got to be poor training by 7-Eleven.....this was Wednesday August 7th at 1:45 PM so if the supervisors care they will know who she was.

Stopped in this morning for coffee 7/7/24 and fuel. Lady was very rude, no good morning, no smile. Just seemed very angry at 7AM in the morning. I gave her the same energy she gave me. Will not return and will continue down to the QT on the opposite side. It’s inconvenient but I’ll get better service. By the way I poured out the nasty coffee! Do Better!

This store is right down the street from my house and use to be soooo convenient to go to at any time bc it’s supposed to be 24 hours. Not anymore!!! It’s always closed at random times during the day and never open anymore late night. And when they are open… the coffee is always out… which was one of the main reasons I go every morning. I literally go to this store everyday and use to be on 1st name basis with many of the employees but none of them are there anymore. It seems to be new people working there every week!! Bring back the old ppl! Pedro use to single handedly run that store!! Now it just sucks and always closed.

I think I’m completely done with this 7 eleven. It is 4:40 PM (4:32 PM when the picture was taken). Can just ONE person of 7 eleven explain how this is okay? For the past 6 months this store is always CLOSED, no explanation. But closed. Explain? The workers now? Trash! Either somebody is ALWAYS on their phone on social media, talking to their friends or texting and can’t even service you correctly. The men oh boy, it’s one who is ALWAYS making advances at the women and making them uncomfortable. This is the WORSE 7 eleven EVER! The bathroom is dirty, the machine is always down or the drinks or terrible. They rarely restock like they should. Can we all collectively as a community just petition for new management THROUGHOUT the store? Or get a QT put up but this is the worse store EVER!

Mannn they hired some new lady as manager and she fired the super solid dudes that worked here forever and now this place is always closed after what feels like 8 pm. We used to be able to come here after work and it was clean, good vibes and beef patties on deck. Idk why you’d get rid of such wholesome people who worked hard to hire your friends or whatever but now these people don’t wanna work! Yall fumbled the bag.

Really enjoy the fuel discounts with the 7/11 rewards card. Between an emailed discount and my regular rewards discount I got .35 off per gallon today.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! Worst service and accuracy I have ever experienced. I ordered two cheese pizzas and received pepperoni and supreme. Gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered a second time. Pizzas were partially cooked and not cut. Gave them one last chance and order wasn't even processed and had to be cancelled.

Probably the slowest gas pumps in Concord. I used to go to this location because it's convenient, but the pumps are so slow I started going elsewhere. If you go inside, you're lucky to find someone working. And if you do, expect to pay high gas station prices for anything you get.I would recommend going to one of the other three gas stations within a half mile

Store is horrible! Nothing in stock, dirty, gross. I’ve stopped a few time and 7am and the store is closed. Just shut down already.
