Unfortunately, our last 3 experiences at this store have not been great. It's very disappointing as we have never had a poor experience at any other tractor supply stores. The first experience was not shared as things happen. Second experience the manager heard what happened and called us to convey his apologies and told us to make sure we mentioned it on the next visit and he would make up for our inconvenience. Next time we did not mention our situation as we were not looking for anything but just wanted to get our pets food. The exact situation that happened before played out exactly as it did before. I'm sorry but that shows a lack of management. Eric called us and made a big speech on how sorry he was and how that would be addressed. Well as you know actions speak louder than words. The first time falls on the employee second time falls on management for not addressing the situation and correcting the problem. In the end, we just want a good store to buy our feed and not look for problems or inconvenience every time we shop. I know we had an unpleasant interaction with the manager and we do feel bad for letting that happen. Very unfortunate as we have shopped at tractor supply many years in SC before retiring here.

Great service, great staff. The battery we were looking for was in stock. Other auto stores in the area did not carry it. Everyone was very nice. Thank you Matt and the whole team!!

Matt, the manager at Tractor Supply, in Columbus, NC is truly remarkable and I applaud him as well as the entire staff working there. Because of managers like Matt and the T&S team, of equal note, I’ll add, whenever I shop there, firstly, all employees are so affable, I’m always welcomed upon entering, quickly followed by, “Can I help you with anything?” As often is the case, I’m in need of assistance. I am in the end stages of a debilitating terminal illness that worsens in heat & the insufferable insidious symptoms only magnify, if that even seems possible.On a recent trip to T&S, I, in visible physical pain, & grieving a very recent, profound, unexpected, devastating death, it’s this trip that so moved me to write this review.I attribute Matt’s overall empathy & compassion, to relegate quickly, my return, locate additional items needed, escort me to a prompt checkout, & accompany me to my car to unload my purchases. For all of the expert professionalism I consistently encounter at T&S, what I value most, was the genuine courtesy & humane kindnesses that Matt & all employees demonstrate, particularly on one of my more difficult days overall.I am so very grateful to you, Matt, & as mentioned to all who work at T&S, this is why I return to T&S again & again. This was not an easy day for me to get through, having to run a dreaded errand, being so physically & emotionally ill-equipped.With my sincere appreciation for all u did for me, bravo & brava to Matt & all T&S employees. Keep doing what you’re doing, & I do hope you’ll be recognized for this amazing excellence.

My experience with Tractor Supply was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Eric, the manager, and Matt. As soon as I started interacting with Eric, his dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident. He went above and beyond to assist me.The Columbus, NC Tractor Supply is definitely my go-to for all my farming and hardware needs, thanks to Eric and the team’s remarkable service!

I called this evening to see if they had a specific wood stove in stock. I spoke to Matt. His customer service skills were top notch! His store did not have the stove I wanted in stock, but he took the time to help me navigate the TS website to find one. I'll be picking up my new stove later this week at another location, thanks to Matt assisting me. In today's world, it would have been easy for someone in Matt's position to tell me no and say goodbye. Not Matt... he went above and beyond to help me, and now, I will be spending $1,000 with TSC. Great work!

If you need help ask for Erik. I had trouble getting my propane tank on my van filled at other businesses and he not only got the job done but was extremely professional and respectful. We will be going back.

Worst experiences ever. Not one single person knows anything about anything. Always has to be issues filling the propane tanks. Honestly this whole store needs to be shut down. They pick and choose what rules apply to this person and that. If i could leave a review for every person there i would leave a detailed list on each one of them. The guy that fills the propane tanks is the absolute worst and i will be telling every single person i know to boycott this store so that it will be shut down or management will do something with the awful employees they have.
