“I cannot recommend this company enough! After Thanksgiving, me, my husband and our two dogs (who are not used to being out in public a lot due to their anxiety) were driving home to Florida, from Asheville…..our engine light came on and our biggest fear was coming true. Thankfully we were able to pull off the highway and go to a car parts store that told us we needed to find a mechanic bc there were so many alarms going off on their diagnostic reader. That put us at the doorstop of Searcy’s. Long story short, Brandon fit us into his VERY busy schedule and allowed us to sit in the waiting room with our dogs (one that would bark at people when they would come in…so embarrassed..). 5 hours later we were checking out, and he actually apologized to us for it taking so long!! What?! We refused his apology….LOL….He was a lifesaver that day and we couldn’t thank him enough for fitting us in and allowing our dogs inside so we didn’t have to freeze standing outside. Final note: he could have charged us whatever he wanted since we were truly in a desperate situation, but the bill was totally fair, in fact, I gave them an extra tip since we left dog hair on their waiting room futon. :-/ THANK YOU AGAIN!!!”
