My husband and I love our local Hometrust Bank in Columbus NC. The entire staff treats us like family. They know us and usually ask how we and our family are doing. They not only do their job professionally but with a smile. A shout out to Ashley and Melissa for recently helping my husband easily renew his CD. Thank you to our Hometrust friends.

I don’t bank frequently because it’s a bit of a drive, but wanted to share how much I enjoy my visits to HomeTrust. The staff is always so pleasant and they take care of my transactions in a quick and friendly manner.

Virtually nonexistent customer service online and via telephone. If you need customer service after 5:00PM or on the weekends this is not the bank for you.

Thanks HomeTrust for completely abandoning your Rutherfordton, NC customers. How is it convenient to travel into another county just to make a simple deposit or to conduct banking business? HomeTrust, at the very least, could have left behind a stand-alone ATM. I will be setting up a new account elsewhere, and will then close my HomeTrust account, and move my funds.

I am 87 years old. Been isolated for 10 months and needed to setup asavings account, I did not want to go inside. When I told them (by phone)They said they would have everything ready when I got there. Everythingwas done professionally and according to my request. Very good Job by all.Linda Martin

During the last week, I have had to act on behalf of a relative regarding a HomeTrust business matter. I have talked with the 800 number customer service folks and Ashley and Alice at the Columbus, NC branch. Each time we've talked their service has been outstanding. During a difficult time for me, both Ashley and Alice were incredibly helpful and supportive which greatly reduced my stress level. The 800 number customer service folks were equally professional, knowledgeable and supportive
