This office is the BEST!! They are so very caring and always take such great care of my pets! They follow up with you after they have treated your pet to make sure they are doing better. I highly recommend all of the vets here!!!

During the aftermath of Helene, I had a very sick bulldog. Both sides of his face was open wound infected hot spots/allergies. He was in pain. Our vet wasn’t open due to no power etc. Bonnie Brae took us right in, even with limited working conditions, and got our pup on the road to recovery. I was sent home with meds and clear instructions. They checked in with me often to make sure he was doing ok and healing as he should. They went above and beyond, and we weren't even their clients. They have a heart for animals more than just making money that’s for sure. We will stay with Dr Buchanan and the Bonnie Brae team. Nothing against our old vet. They’re great too. But we bonded with Buchanan and they are closer in distance to us from our house than our previous vet is. He even got down in the floor with our big slobbery bulldog to help him get comfortable with his exam. Mac thought he was playing, didn’t realize he was getting checked over. He loved it and gobbled the treats like candy! He was in heaven. A week later we were back in with our dachshund with pancreatitis! We had the same experience, so it wasn’t a one time act, it’s definitely how they truly are.I would highly recommend Dr Buchanan and the Bonnie Brae staff to anyone that is looking.

Each member of the medical team was very professional, efficient and attentive to our fur baby. They listened with interest and demonstrated gentleness and patience which was very calming and reassuring. They contacted us the following day to see how Jordan was. I was very pleased with the care we received.

Very compassionate care for our senior animals. Several recent experiences with 2 elderly cats and a dog reaching end of life over the course of the past several months.. In each case, they were sensitive to offer truthful options and assist us in difficult decisions. They were not at all pushy or judgmental, rather sympathetic and supportive. They absolutely made these difficult times more manageable. This applies to all the vets and techs - extremely nice people who exhibit care and compassion for the pets and the owners.

Excellent service. Always very nice. Very understanding of the animal needs. We had handful of visits and Dr Etter's suggestions were on spot and help greatly our older dog. Very happy to use their services!
