What a disappointment. What was once a place for tree climbing gear and tree care tools, staffed by experienced professionals who could help you pick out what you needed is no more. For years I have trusted this place for climbing gear, ropes, saws, and other equipment. When I walked in recently, I found the inventory was decimated, and the staff behind the counter didn’t know anything about trees, much less gear to care for them.While there were some items on the floor for purchase, the staff was not able to assist in making a selection, or able to explain what equipment was needed for particular climbing activities.

I'm working to restore a 252 that had been abused. Brian at the parts desk has been super helpful finding the parts I need and getting them ordered. Prices aren't real bad either.

This is the worst dealership. Lack of respect or care for your business. Never again. Charged for items that never sent. Lied multiple times, even manager. Will never buy yellow again.
