I absolutely dread coming into this post office but unfortunately, it's the closest to my office in Colfax. Over the past 4 years, I have had the displeasure of having to deal with the rude lady that works the behind the counter that should be nominated for having the ugliest attitude on earth. I just don't understand how this has been accepted for as long as it has. The extent that she goes to be rude to customers is just ridiculous. Shame on you all for allowing this treatment. I do not work at the post office so therefore, if I have questions regarding certified mailing, deliveries, etc, I should be assisted by the staff without getting dragged and scolded. Shame on management for allowing this treatment to go on for as long as it has because based on what I've seen, this has been going on for quite some time.

I constantly get the wrong mail. Today I received someone's tax forms and other important items. I'd go the Colfax PO but the women that works there is NOT friendly. This is getting ridiculous and frustrating!!!

In and out in less than 3 minutes to mail my package! Love this location. They have a copier also. Not sure why people keep giving bad reviews. I won't go anywhere else.

The lady working here is very rude and won't let you in even if you get there a few minutes earlier than their closing time. But what should we expect from a place run by slightly-literate employees!

In the last month i have had FIVE packages get "delivered" only for them to not be in my mailbox. I have a locked box so there is no way someone could steal it. They have delivered so many packages to me that weren't mine and have delivered mine to someone else. I have not been able to recover all of them and they genuinely do not care. Usps is absolutely terrible.

This is definitely the worst post office I’ve ever been to, it’s always a lady with an attitude right up front. She is not helpful at all. I’m going to start going out my way to another location just to avoid the irritation.

Like a previous reviewer, I am not sure why this post office is getting few stars. Everything I needed was available- pens, packing tape, markers, etc. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and it wasn't crowded at all. On a previous trip to the post office, I went to the Guilford branch on Market St and it looked like a bomb went off in there. I was able to snag the last priority flat envelope, there were no pens in the entire post office (myself and a few others had to go back our to our vehicles for them) and the staff was meh. I don't often need to go into the post office, but when I do, I'll travel the extra miles and go to this one.

Can't understand why this branch has so many poor reviews. Every time I have been in here it has been a pleasant experience. Brianna has always been helpful and accommodating. She remembers me, as well as many other regulars (who obviously also enjoy talking with her as well) which makes for conversations and jokes which makes the whole trip there a positive one. Have shipped a lot through here and will continue to do so!
