“My car was making a weird noise, so I took it to waynesville tire. I'm not the most car savvy, and I was worried that I was going to have a very costly repair in my near future. The man at the front said he could take a look, and within 20 minutes or so he came back with an answer. Apparently, a small rock had gotten stuck in the rotor, which was causing the noise. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope! I will absolutely be bringing my car here from now on. The fact is he could have made up some repair and charged me for something unnecessary, but instead he was honest and saved me from spending a lot of money (that I don't really have). I'm not gonna go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much!!!”
“I’ve been going for several years for oil changes / inspections and really anything I have a question about. They are SO fast. They are great at explaining anything going on and make me feel comfortable. I saw them today and after I left we realized I hadn’t been charged for something. “First time customer. I was originally scheduled for a diagnostic check for check engine. However, when I filled up it went off and didn’t have problems with my car. So when I got there I told him I didn’t need the diagnostic appt but asked if an oil change could be done. If not, no big deal, I totally understand since the two are different appts. He took the time to arrange for me to get my oil changed. The most friendly shop that didn’t try to take advantage of a female. Better than Hyundai! I will be a forever customer. Singletons is just a small town automotive. I highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you. ?”

“Great service, called for appt. late afternoon, was set up for 9am next day! Needed damaged rim replaced. They removed damaged rim and tire. Changed sensor, remounted tire, balanced it and installed on car in less than 1 hour! Thank you!”

And after taking it for a test drive, he replaced my rotors and brake pads
