The customer service that I just received was extremely rude to the point that it took me by surprise. I have always dealt with Angie who has always been more than pleasant and helpful. Misty on the other hand could not have been any RUDER!! I will never deal with her again. If I am forced to, I will have to switch companies!!

This has to be hand down the worst company i have ever had to deal with. They have the worst communication between service and customer. They send out bills that do not have a due date or any indication you even own them money. Let alone charge you late fee of these bills. I jumped through hoops to try and get months of late fees off a bill i did not know i owned. I bought the house and there was no information about "Owing the Gas company " any money for any reason. Then all the sudden it is "You owe us $300+ for the tank lease with all the late fees" (Was not informed of this at all) On top of it i pay them over the phone 2 months ago and receive yet another bill in the mail that said " No Return Service Needed". A month later im slapped with a late fee on a bill that i thought i already paid. I would never recommend anyone use this company for any reason and it blows my mind they are even still in business with how terrible run this company is.

Just paid $4.19 per gallon to fill our 100 lb tank. I don't know where they got that that price. Another local company is charging $2.89.

Angie saved my house!After we came back to Florida we found out that there was not heat in our new house.Without even knowing us Angie and Molly had someone to do an inspection and fill out the tank the next day!Very responsive, reliable and professional.We won't use anyone else

Manager came to do a “safety inspection” as well as an estimate to run a new line for a propane cook stove. Gave me a b-s story about the “unsafe” location of my propane tank, including saying that being in the “hot sun” for two hours a day (at 4400 ft) could be “catastrophic”. He then worked up an $1800 re-lo estimate that included a per gallon price roughly $0.90 / lb over market. Guess he thought this single lady was brain dead. Nice try folks.

I was very pleased with the service I had recently at Freeman gas, which I will admit was much improved from some of previous customer service issues we encountered. They were responsive and incredibly timely-Angie was very helpful, got back to me quickly, and was able to send someone out the very next day, who arrived early and was able to provide a fix to our issue. It was a positive experience from start to finish.

2 stars. Extra star for timely service. However, it is impossible to calculate on your own how much a fill up will cost. I was told it was because the gauge doesn't accurately depict what they put in. There is a different method. When I called before hand there was a miscommunication on exactly how large the tank is, although I knew from a previous fill up that you can safely fill up to 80 percent of the tanks capacity it is impossible to figure out the cost. Also, we paid in full 2 days after the 10 day policy to get 10 percent off. When we asked the representative over the phone she said there was nothing they could do. A little disappointing to say the least, but to whomever reads this, I hope this explains the poor rating.
