going to get a new phone today I just hope the employee that helps me has a nice personality because it seems no one now days is considerate at all I'm so tired of trying to be nice and getting a frown ? and a short answer like I don't know or that's up to you I'm not getting a phone I can't tell you what you want you know stuff like that I'm sick of having to bite my tongue so I just hope the person working today can be nice and helpful.

I am a new customer to Cricket. I ordered online. I was having troubles with my phone. Online customer service told me to take it to a Cricket store. I called the Waynesville store before I drove from out of town and they told me to bring it in. I took it to Waynesville store only for them to tell me I would have to contact customer service as they couldn't help me since I bought it online. I then took it to Franklin. They did take the time and messed with my phone. That was the first experience. The second experience just happened. We again are having phone issues. This time I called for advice. I can't help you you'll need to contact customer service. If zero stars was an option, that's what they would get. Save yourself a trip and go to another store.

This review is for the Franklin NC location. Walked into the store at 10:10. One other person was in the store looking around and the man at the register never greeted us or asked if he could assist us. My daughter picked out the phone she wanted to upgrade to and we stood in front of the register for at least five minutes and were never acknowledged until my daughter asked if he was going to be awhile and grunted yeah. We promptly left the store and had to drive to Waynesville to purchase the phone. The service there, with Anna was fantastic and pleasant.

Anna and Andrea in this store were awesome helping me today where I lost my patience with my old provider they stayed calm. And that helped me to calm down. It took awhile because of my old provider but we where able to get everything done that I wanted. I will be telling people about this store and how nice and helpful Anna and Andrea were and are.
