This has got to be the worst customer service ever existent to man. You can tell the staff is not happy, underpaid and not valued. It shows in the blind transfers, the lack of knowledge to troubleshoot tech, never returningcalls. Problems ,it's simply because they don't have any competition. You may get someone who truly cares. But in my experience, it has been far and few in between.

By far the worst internet provider in the state. Their only check is a speed test and if that registers fine then they think that means the internet must be fine. The techs that come to your house are inbred good ol boys that have to call home for damn near everything. They'll make every excuse in the book for why they can't do this or that. I can only imagine how much money they pocketed from the grants they received to put out a better service. They are leeches that steal your money while you overpay for a subpar service. I can speed test 500 down 100 up with a 50ish latency. The second I try to actually use it those numbers are out the window. Anything I need a decent ping on sits around 150ms with 20-30% packet loss. They don't allow UPNP codes. Stuck on ipv4 when everyone else is on ipv6. Its just absolutely amazing the monopoly they hold on the 3 or 4 counties they operate in.

Today May 11th 2023A Repair man came and didn't fix the problem. I'm not happy at all. He came while I was at The Doctor.My Disabled Mother wasn't able to inspect the Problem. I want a one Customer Courtesy discount on the terrible job.

Employees are nice and helpful. I called on to get a second service in my home and I thought they would think I was kind of weird for doing that but Ms. Monica hooked it up for me with. No problem. I give her an awesome rating cuz she asked if I would like it done another way and then found my request to be a positive one. So my hats off to her and her staff. Thank you.

They have the worst internet service that I've ever seen in Elizabethtown nc.We have to reboot the router several times per week. Its worse then dial up. It freezes and goes out all the time. I am hoping that a new internet provider so we can leave this horrible service. I wish I could give it a negative 0.

Great place to shop
