Great experience. Both Holly and Rick were great to work with. Was in the finance office for an entire 3 minutes. They gave me a very fair trade in value and a great price with great warranty on my new vehicle.

The experience of working with the sales team (Danny and Obed) was great. As most people would know, buying a vehicle can be stressful starting from the minute you pull in the driveway. Not here. I was able to walk the lot and see what was available regardless of what I already looked at online. I wanted to see the vehicles with my own eyes before I started talking to a sales person. Once I was ready, I explained what my wants and needs were, looked at all the vehicles I had on my “list” and took a test drive once I was ready. The process from start to finish was systematic yet tailored enough to feel comfortable. No high pressure sales pitches; no nonsense; everyone was pleasant and find to work with. I found my new dealership when it comes to future purchases.

I want to say thank you to Robert, who answers online and phones, and Danny, the GM, for helping me with my purchase. They work with you about getting you a good deal. I live an hour and about 15 mins from the dealership in Clinton, NC. I have as willing to drive my vehicle up there to trade it in on a vehicle in a Friday later afternoon but had to be postponed until Saturday. The GM stated he will have them drive and deliver my new vehicle where I live since I live over an hour of drive. That was very nice of them. We ended up building a customer rapor. Definitely wanted you to know the ins and outs of vehicle, the sales part, warranty part and delivery part: plus the paperwork. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you for the talks Robert, Danny and Holly. She delivered my vehicle and went thru the paperwork with me. A new experience. I am glad I got to work with these people and have been blessed by God with them and for my next step in my life.

This was my second and LAST purchase from the Performance Group in Clinton, NC. My first purchase at the Ford store was AWESOME!! This time....biggest disappointment ever. First of all the sales girl, Brittney Oates was as helpful as could be and then as the deal progressed she got more and more uncooperative. First problem was they wouldn't let me test drive a car that I was fixing to spend over $12,000 on. Secondly, the Sales girl Brittney and the General Manager, Danny Holland II, both turned out to be the biggest crooks and liars I have ever seen. The agreed to fix a couple things on the car that I was purchasing, a 2016 Kia Soul+, HOWEVER it was like pulling teeth to get them to get anything done on a timely manner. They move at their own pace up there. A TURTLE WOULD HAVE BEAT THEM AT A RACE!! Thirdly the car kept acting up mechanically and the made me pay half of the repair bill for a new starter. Still not sure if they ever put it on. Another thing was a spare tire, THERE WAS NONE!! They said they had got one and put it in the car on one of the many trips to the service dept. there at the dealership. Went to clean the car out the other day because I had enough of this POS anyhow, STILL NO SPARE TIRE even after they told me there was one in there. I wanted another vehicle, DANNY HOLLAND SAID I'LL GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK BUT NO CAR!! NOT EVEN MY TRADE BACK!! So....long story short, I only kept the car about three weeks and just traded it in at a dealership in the Raleigh area for a 2010 Cadillac SRX. Now the wife is finally happy with her vehicle again. DON'T BUY FROM PERFORMANCE CHRYSLER IN CLINTON, NC!!! THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS, THIEVES, ETC.....

My experience with the service department was horrible. The service manager was rude, disrespectful and showed that he couldn't care less about customers. After keeping my jeep more than two months without repairing it, I was called and told to pick it up and that they were not going to repair it. I would never purchase a vehicle from Performance Jeep, if you have any expectations of friendly, efficient service. Spending a lot of money for a vehicle, and receiving such poor help from the Service Department is deplorable!

Obed was incredible. I had been trying to get a van for a minute now and it wasn’t easy. I had always dealt with another dealership that I was comfortable with and it was really hard to break away from that relationship. I shopped around but was not enthusiastic about the customer service I received elsewhere. Obed had everything taken care of so we made the 90 or so minute drive and were out of there so fast and casually. Everyone was friendly and great. I cannot remember the name of the finance fella but he was great as well! Thank you all for a really easy and convenient experience!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this place. We were looking for a pro master cargo van and we were having a really hard time finding one that had what we wanted. I saw one online and i called to make sure it was still available. Obed answered my call and I’m so happy he was there to help. He let us know it was available and he’d hold it for us until we got there from Wilmington. During our drive time Obed was messaging me and getting all the info he needed so when we got there everything was ready. We pulled in and he met us at the door. He showed us the van and we took it for a spin. We got back, signed some papers and were ready to go. They even gave us some tshirts and a rubber ducky. This was the smoothest easiest time I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Everyone there was really fun and nice. We even met the dealership dog. He was super cute and awesome. Thank y’all so much for making getting this van so easy! We really appreciated everything. Shout out to Obed! You’re the best!!

Towed here on a holiday weekend after I broke down on 40. Both Johns that work here were very helpful in assisting in the difficult situation and one of the Johns went out of his way to ensure our safety after drop off. They’re still working on my Jeep & the communication throughout the process has been transparent and consistent. Nice people!

The service department is dishonest.deceptive,and prejudice they treat you like your beneath them.We (customer's) purchased your vehicle's and made Chrysler wealthy.I was charged for services should have been under warranty,mislead on vehicle repairs,belittled and talked down to by management after services performed were done incorrectly and after talking to the General Manager. After my vehicle was repaired the finally (I was made to sign a vehicle inspection form that was blank and was not given final repair paperwork).My vehicle was damaged and left with coolant under the hood and on the outside. I was told if I don't like the service to go elsewhere by management. I have contacted my lawyer. I have managed many auto centers in my but I have never disrespected any customer even if they disrespected me. With the whole on edge you would want to keep good customers.

Called to get a new key for my dodge. Kim answered the phone in parts, hell of an attitude. Huffing and puffing like an overgrown child the whole time. I said “y’all are pretty busy today huh? I won’t try to take up too much of your time” to lighten her mood. All she said was “yeah.., let’s hope so…”. Won’t be taking my business there anymore. Called a local locksmith and had it handled mobile and $10 cheaper. Train your people on how to provide a 5 star customer service, or your yearly loss will be much higher than 5 digits…

This is worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was sold a lemon and I and ready to contact the NC Attorney General office to report how this folks have ripped me off. The transmission is probably bad as the car stalls when it is trying to shift gears. They also messed up the title transfer costing me $400. They did not transfer my handicap tags as I requested. I am a 66 year old disabled veteran of the US Army and I guess they saw me coming and I trusted them. I purchased a Jeep from them on March 31, 2023. I was told all the little glitches were fixed when I took it in a week later. They were not and then I had to pay a $100on the warranty I added to the purchase. PLEASE DO NOT GO to buy a car from them because they are running a thieves racket. They have helped to ruin an important part of my life support, as I live where a car is essential. Performance Ford and Jeep CDJR is WORST. I am going to see an attorney about this mess. Buyer beware. On top of it they are not even polite or friendly. I have never been treated so badly. I didn’t know that the Ford brand was so disgusting and mean. They don’t even deserve one star.BTW: I will be posting this to twitter insta and Facebook to my 5000 followers
