For odds and end stuff they have on the shelves they are good but buy a big ticket item and have a hiccup with the delivery and setup and it becomes very obvious how little they care. Specifically when it comes to Lowe’s standing up to one of their subcontractors, Riverstone Logistics, and demanding they step up and do the right thing … nope, they let Riverstone treat Lowe’s customers however they want. Have since bought all of the rest of our appliances at The Home Depot down in Wilmington.

Went to buy a washer. No employee in sight. Pushed the service button at checkout counter. For a half hour announcements over store loud speaker was calling for assistance in appliances. No one ever showed up. There were two other people waiting for service complaining. I left and went to Clinton Appliance. Same prices and good service.

Nearly every trip for plumbing supplies is an exercise in futility. Whatever happened to department representatives who kept things in order? The only reason I gave 2 stars on this trip is because of the assistance I received from the nice young lady I found in another department after searching for an employee near plumbing for at least ten minutes. Clinton Lowes, you can do better!

I worked for almost two years at Lowe's. I always received extraordinary and respectful treatment, both from store managers, department managers, Human Resources, colleagues and customers. It is a very pleasant atmosphere, I am very grateful to have worked there.

My favorite place to be! My only issue is WHY have employees in departments that absolutely zero knowledge of the merchandise and why is there like nobody around when you need them. Also, there are no prices or stickers on most of the merchandise smh

I believe that their inventory accuracy is getting better. The curbside ladies are very prompt and courteous.
