Evangeline is the worst ever. Shes rude. Always makes little rude comments to her customers. Shes sexist. And isn’t fair with her team. She needs to be put on training or something because its not right how she treats employees.

The outside lawn and looks horribly maintained. Employees at customer service are rude and don't belong working with customers. The managers are either propped up talking or not around the floor at all. The store needs different management. They're racist so they only hiring Afro American or Hispanics. The hiring manager is the worst of all. Pro services is a joke and I sincerely hope you don't need help in any department. They say they have plenty of staff but have no intention of hiring. If your white, save time, go to tractor supply. Save money go to erwin

Looked on Website before driving 20 miles to store.arrived at 5:58 to be waved at from inside the store they were closed. I guess they closed early at 6:00. Other people were leaving the store saying they closed early. Even closing early without posting it .....it was still 5:58. When did you really close? Not good in this time when people need jobs or so you would think?

This is the worst Lowe's I have ever dealt with. You call the store and the person who answers the phone is rude and disconnects you. Not once but three times. Then you finally get someone to ask a question to and she is rude and hangs up on me in mid sentence. What kind of customer service training do these people have? In today's economy this is insane you hire people like this that treat your customers like this. I will never step dood in this store again and will travel to go to a Home Depot.

Called around 8pm to ask if store had the size HVAC duct we needed. I didn't have internet service where I was, so I couldn't check online. After playing phone tag with 2 or 3 people and being placed on hold for 20 minutes I finally spoke to a person who said "no, we don't have that." Went home and checked online and it said there were 6 in the store, by then the store was closed. Went the next morning and found it on the shelf in plain sight. Laziness or just incompetence? Either way, poor service. They delayed my senior parents from getting their a/c fixed in August.

If I could no stars I would... this is just one out of many horrible experiences. I was in need of a shower door for a remodel. Found the door of my needs and the box looked like it had been ripped opened to a five year old on Christmas morning. After having no assistance I loaded the door to my cart and headed my way to the checkout line. Got checked out and still had no assistance on loading the cumbersome package. Made it back to the house to only find most of the parts were missing. Returned it to the store and find another door. Only two doors to this spec remained. The assistant opened one to find more pieces were missing. Third door.. opened it and said all pieces were in the also shredded box. So it's 11:22 pm the guy remolding came back to my house to put last piece of the puzzle to my bathroom up and guess what...... the rails are missing. This is getting pathetic!
