Had a problem due to my taxes not being completely filled by another tax prep worker however when I went and asked about it to someone a little higher than the regular worker she imedietly got on the phone and on the computer and for everything squared away and taken care of.

It clearly states on Sunday they close at 5 I show up 10 before 4 and they said they were closed
