worst experience ever!!!!! I left feeling truly so disappointed. my nails looked terrible afterwards and I got just a basic gel polish! how do you mess up gel?? avoid if you can!! Prices are way too high for the quality. I should’ve taken that hour drive to fayetteville.

My wife came here and they did a horrible job. The design looked nothing like the picture and the diamonds that were supposed to be on the nail weren't even centered. When my wife told them she didn't like it the nail lady started getting angry and said that my wife told her to do it like that. It just didn't look good at all and then the nail wasn't fully covered in paint.

This was the worst pedicure and waste of money I have ever had. It was over in 15 minutes. She barely cleaned my toes. I asked her to cut my toe nails and she only did one foot. She didn’t even massage my feet. She mixed oil and lotion at the end and I was so greasy I couldn’t even pull my pant leg down. To top it off she painted my nails the wrong color. Never again will I go here.

Went on a Friday during my lunch hour with no one else there. I bought a full set and paid to have my eyelashes done. I questioned my nail job half way through as they were already looking terrible, almost as if I bought the kit from Walmart and had my 8 year old do them. After saying something about my nails not looking as they should the lady there said the gentleman doing my nails would file them down and they’d look better. Of course I agree and let them finish. I was late back to work by a few minutes so after having my nails painted they put me under (NO UV) a regular light bulb for my fingernails to dry and I go back to work. Everyone at my job could see how unprofessional they looked as I was already unhappy with my nails. By the time I was off that day they were closed. I spent the holiday weekend home with my daughter and as soon as I could get back to work today (I do not live in Clinton so it’s a bit of a drive) I planned to speak with someone at the salon. Just went in there on lunch to see about them redoing my nails. The lady said because I went to the beach, which I didn’t, that’s why my nails look the way they do. Negative! She then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t complain on Friday but “you want to come complain now.” I reminded her how I DID have complaints and concerns Friday but she assured me they would look different and be fixed before I left. She said, after responding as if she were annoyed, that she would repaint them today. I let her know I was on break from work and could not do it now but would love to schedule to come in for them to be redone. She again said she’d REPAINT them after work but that was it, I realized she had no intentions of correcting the terrible work. If it weren’t for being late back to work I would’ve had them completely redone before leaving the original day, Friday, when they were done. I spent $68 with this salon on the nail job and the eyelashes, which the eyelash glue was coming off that same evening, and I’ll never do it again. I have photos from Friday up till today. Terrible! I’m not one to complain and would let them fix it but I can repaint my nails myself and do a better job, also wouldn’t have to deal with the terrible customer service this evening, also adding they wouldn’t be able to talk about me assuming I don’t understand them. Sad mistake from the Friday I went but I said nothing. Everyone said to not go to this salon and I should have listened! If I could give 5 stars down I would and her “I’ll repaint your nails today after work” can kiss my tail! Now I’ll also add that there was even a roach crawling on the wall by the door. Disgusting. I’ll never promote more business for this place.

Was about to drop half a Benjamin on this woman for brows and nails until she said I could not use her restroom to tinkle. Bye! Bad attitudes in this shop and poor customer service. This woman was rolling her eyes at me and everything. This is a "last resort" salon. Matter of fact, best to just get a tweezer and some press on nails before attempting to even deal with this biggoty acting woman.

Horrible service if I could give them 0 stars I would I had acrylic on my skin and ultimately I left there with it on my skin painful experience I was very disappointed... I stress everyone to never go there ... I wish I could post a picture because they absolutely did a horrible job and the husband got an attitude because he messed up...DONT GO THERE!!!
