The service Dianne Johnson provided as our agent was tremendous! She was professional, dedicated, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked us through the selling process and made sure we had a clear understanding of each step. Dianne was always available to answer all of our questions. She took extra care of us and made sure we knew all of our options as offers poured in. We had worked with other realtors in the past without any success in selling our home, but Dianne was able to sell it fairly quickly. She’s definitely a game changer. I would never work with this company or agent. A house was up for a day and had families scheduled to see it. They decided to take down the listing and tell potential buyers that they are raising the price and not allowing the scheduled viewing to happen instead of doing a bidding war. This is a poor agent and as an agent the price listed is something that is communicated upon listing. They are money hungry and don't know what they are doing.
