“It’s right in my town so I don’t have to drive far. The people who work there are relatively nice. The store used to look messy and just not clean but, the past few times I’ve been there, it looks better.”
“Every other DG is a disaster area, but not this one! They actually put stuff on the shelves. Aisles are never blocked by boxes, you never have to dig through carts to find what you're looking for, this store needs to teach all the other ones around here what's up.”
“I went to this store sometime after 7.I have been looking for certain items at other dollar trees for about 2 months. Let me tell you they had most of the items I have been searching for,so I ended up with a cart and a 1/2. The next thing I know, it's 15 minutes til closing. The cashier( I wish I had paid attention to her name) was super friendly and gave me no attitude at all over the amount so late. Great stock and friendly service. They made me a fan of this store.”
“Every time I come here, I see familar faces and although their job sucks right now during Covid, they're always pleasant. Especially the manager. He is funny, welcoming and a super hard worker.”

“Dollar General was fine. Praying that people that are abled body would consider the HANDICAP and DISABLED. Yesterday she didn't have her walker.Good thing I was taking/driving a CRIPPLED PERSON and was able to park in front of the store so that she had easy access to enter the building.And she likes shopping there because there is room for to use a Shopping Cart for a walker and get the items she needed and maneuver around the store. VERY GOOD THANK YOU Dollar General on Randleman Road.”
“I run a business and always try an acknowledge good customer service. It's 6/25 at 8pm and the lady running the register customer service was awesome. She communicated with each customer and her attitude was great. Dollar general take care of your good workers. She awesome”
“This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.”
“I shop here frequently and while it's not the biggest store, it's always fully stocked. They also expanded their inventory to include items at higher price points. Its definitely worth stopping in. You can almost always find what you're looking for.”

“DOLLAR GENERAL (Store #16123, E. Lee St., Greensboro, NC)OUTSTANDING ALL-AROUND QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!This Dollar General (DG) store has done a COMPLETE turnaround--FOR THE BETTER!!! Once again, I can enjoy shopping at this DG store. First, the parking lot is CLEAN! Second, inside DG the isles are clear (from front to back), floors are kept clean (swept/mopped), and most of all the SHELVES are STOCKED with PRODUCTS!We (valued customers) owe this remarkable improvement (in part) to the dedicated, and sometimes demanding work done by TOMEKA AUDREY and TYESHA JOHNSON, part of Heidi B's (supervisor) team that I've had the absolute pleasure to interact with on several occasions. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness that TOMEKA and TYESHA always provide to not only me but also other customers every time I shop in this particular Dollar General store. “Love the Dollar Tree! At first I didn't believe the mythical Unicorn Dollar Tree was real. There was just no way a place could open and stay open selling things for a dollar. That logic seemed as failure of a business model as hot sauce made in New York, or eating King Cake anywhere else other than in New Orleans...!!! Long story short, New Orleans is awesome and Dollar Tree is amazing...!!! Party On, Dollar Tree, party on... We salute you...!!!”
“Shopping was fine there was more in the store and the cashier was fine very helpful but there was someone in the back putting up stock I guess with a very foul mouth you could hear her almost to the front of the store I will be shopping again there everything else was great thank you”

“I recently visited this store and management has this place in excellent shape! All the aisles are perfectly organized and straight. Great environment. The whole crew is on top of their game. No riff raff lazy employees which means a lot. Compared to the other dollar general stores in the area this one is the best. Definitely hats off to management. Nicole was the manager on duty and she runs a very tight ship. Good job everyone. It’s nice to go in these retail stores when someone actually cares.”
