I have been going here since the Cleveland location opened and last night, I met the lady whom I'm writing this wonderful review on behalf of. Her name is Hailey and I believe she's one of the managers there. I was having a rough night and she not only made me feel totally beyond helped & satisfied, but she gives off such a big-hearted friendly vibe and made me feel so comfortable in her presence! Definitely need more amazing people like Mrs. Hailey out in this world! Shout on to you girl & keep on being the beautiful incredible lady you are! ❤️ If I could give her 10 ⭐️'s, I totally would!

Called to see if they had simliac neosure formula for my baby. I did it to save me a trip for no reason. Spoke with Gage and he said “ we probably don’t.” Good thing I went on anyway and looked for myself.. because they had it and my son really needed it. That was bad customer service on his part!

I shop here all the time.There is nothing better then the awesome staff!!It makes my day when I go and bust chops with the employees. They are always great and treat my wife and I like friends.People need to get over the fact it’s a mini Food Lion.They still have plenty of options

I wish they carried everything that a regularly sized Food Lion carries. The employees are courteous and helpful. But the true purpose of this review is to bring awareness to the employees/owner that they need to change the sign on the front of the left most recycling bin at the entrance of the store. It should say that it is for plastics, aluminum, and glass. Instead, there are two bins with “plastic bag” signs. I’m worried that this is causing people to not recycle as much plastic. Which is one of the most important items to recycle. Please change the sign!

Worst quality control i have seen in a while the first time i went right after the had the grand opening to only get 4 items once i got to my house and started putting stuff away i noticed that 3 of the 4 items' expired in 2020. I try to avoid this store if i can. With that being said i do use instacart more now and I receive an order today of 16 items and 4 of them were at least 2 years out of date ....
