“We have always had a great experience with Dr Pugh and the team! We brought our cat Zeke in in February for what seemed to be a urinary blockage and they helped us figure out a plan for him to get him feeling better! They were super patient with him (he’s not the nicest) and have us peace of mind knowing he was taken care of. Our girl Sadie has always been afraid of vets and becomes fear aggressive. The staff were super sweet to her and while it’s still something we are working on we have hope one day she will grow to love coming in. Our new pup Cane also received the best care getting loved on and lots of treats during his checkup! As a pet owner it can be hard to find a trustworthy vet. The staff here have excelled at commitment to care of our pets! We are so grateful for them and all their hard work, from the vets to the ladies up front and vet techs. We couldn’t be more appreciative of all of them!”

“I had an impacted ball python that was I seriously concerned about. They were able to get her in the next day which surprised me being a new patient. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The vet (I unfortunately don't remember his name) was nice and seemed to know what he was talking about. I had read some horror stories about exotic vets, very thankful I didn't have that experience. Even though this place is about an hour drive, I will be taking all my snakes there. The welcome card I got in the mail was a nice gesture as well. I appreciate your help with my baby girl. I did have to put a deposit down but it went toward services provided the next day. Well worth it.”

“I like the doctors, but seriously, the staff could be a little more courteous. You walk in and stand there while the office staff stares head first into whatever they're doing. At the very least, they could acknowledge someone's presence with "I'll be right with you", continue to finish what they're doing, and then see why you're there. I'm often scratching my head wondering if I should just sit down or start shouting "HELLO! I'M HERE!".I used to purchase our Seresto flea & tick collars there to help support our local vet. I wanted to get one for my stepson's dog and they asked if his dog was a patient there. I said, "I doubt it. He lives in a different county." And the lady said that she couldn't sell me a collar since the dog wasn't a patient there. No problem. I'll just order them from Amazon from here on out. Good thing I did... Amazon was selling them for $7 cheaper. Pretty dumb policy for something I can get anywhere else. And boom, just like they lost $14 a year to the big guys. So from now on, if I can get a non-prescrption item elsewhere, I do.”
