Went into the Clemmons location this morning with a replacement device issue and was met with wonderful customer service. Tracy helped me to resolve this issue the moment I walked in! She was kind, patient, and engaging! 10/10 experience!

These “customer service reps,” can be really dismissive unless you are buying something. I just needed help with my phone and I was bombarded with sales. I get it; they are sales people. But who do I go to to get some help when I need it?
Whenever I have bought from here I am always careful to check my bill because everything can sound great in the store but find out on bill they have added things I did not want.

My Cell phone was stolen last Friday evening. I was at the Verizon on Hanes Mall Blvd when they opened Saturday. They were NO help at all...My options per the person there" Ya gotta do what ya gotta do and bite the bullet" either pay off your phone and get another ($869.00) OR add a line an pay an additional $99.00 a month. I have insurance - I should have been given a loaner phone until my new one arrived. This guy was a complete JOKE! He would not even report my phone STOLEN!! I left and immediately went to this store in Clemmons. I was so frustrated because I have 2-step Authentication BUT did not have my phone to get the code to sign into my account using my tablet to use my "Find my Droid app".........I am a Realtor and the data in that phone was irreplaceable!!!! Let me just say this. I have never been treated with open arms before...JOHN JOHNSON is awesome - Long story BUT happy ending...He pulled up my phone on his computer using the "where's my phone app" (anyone can do this) - it narrowed the location of my phone down to the tree line on the back of the campus) told me exactly where my phone was - I called the Sheriff's department (which they were NO help at all) so I Went to Forsyth Country Day School and found my phone and took it out of the person's had that stole it! Stolen from an entire different location! I WILL NEVER go back to the Hanes Mall Location. John Johnson and the entire staff in Clemmons are wonderful people and if it were not for John - I would have NEVER gotten my phone back - BTW it only had 10 minutes of battery life when he located it and the phone can not be located after the battery dies, so time was of the essence and he delivered! I give this store and John Johnson 10 STARS!!!!!
